I hired Jeff when my tenant was having issues with his door knob. I specifically requested for a quote to replace the lock set and asked if I could change the model. Jeff ignored my request and “fixed” the door knob blaming previous handyman work. He guaranteed that I wouldn’t need to replace the lock set and that the door would no longer be an issue, because he did it right. Within 3 weeks I got an angry message from my tenant saying it was a problem again. I appreciate Jeff trying to save me money, but he ignored my knowledge and my request. Instead he thought he knew better and charged me for work that continues to be a problem. Throughout the process he was terrible at communicating with me, didn’t respond to my messages until I pinged him again and again. Ohh and he also only accepted payment via check or Venmo.

Jeff responded within minutes of my inquiry on Angie’s List. He phoned and texted. He came later that same afternoon during the window he gave me. He was detailed, professional and personable and his price was reasonable. I would absolutely hire him again.
