+ -1 moreJeff and the seller were both extremely difficult to deal with at all stages of the process. The negotiations were difficult, with Jeff doing nothing to make them easier. After the inspection, we asked for necessary repairs, and the seller refused. We tried to reach an agreement, but we were unable to, and Jeff again did nothing to help. We finally canceled the contract, and only after that did they try to salvage the deal, offering a $5000 price reduction when it was way too late. We then had a great deal of trouble getting our earnest money back, with Jeff again being highly unresponsive. We finally had to complain to his managing broker, John McClintock, and it still took several days to get anything done.
Description of Work: Jeff Hrejsa served as the seller's agent for a condominium apartment we made an offer on.
