The condo management was about as bad as possible. We had numerous problems that were never resolved. I first called because the heat in our apartment was faulty. The representative very rudely refused to talk to me, because I was a tenant. They only dealt with landlords. Of all the representatives I have talked with on the phone at any company, this person was easily the rudest. After several months of trying to resolve the heating problem, I gave up, and it never was properly solved in the four years we lived there. Over the years I called about a few serious problems, such as major leaks in the basement, that were not fixed, or security problems (back door that doesn't lock, homeless person's possessions stored under back porch) that were only taken care of after long delays and many phone calls. A problem with the front door entry system, likewise took a great deal of time and effort before it was solved. Messages on their answering service were never answered.

THEY HAVE BEEN INCONSISTENT AT BEST. THEIR OCCASIONAL GOOD DAYS REGARDING PROJECT MANAGEMENT ARE VERY MUCH OUTWEIGHED BY THEIR SHODDY, BORDERING ON NEGLIGENT OR INCOMPETENT HANDLING OF OUR FINANCIAL RECORDS.
