We have used J&A to remove a toilet that came with the house and install a new toilet, unclog a drain, and now the latest job installing a utility sink. Joe showed up on time and was very easy to deal with . He pulled the toilets and then I had new bathroom floors installed and then joe came back and reset both toilets and installed new fixtures in my shower.

What can I say? We just bought our first home - a charming fix-it upper and our first big project was flood control. Joe was recommended by our realtor. He came to give a quote on new plumbing for our basement bathroom and came up with an awesome flood control solution. His price beat all of the flood control people I consulted and he was able to do plumbing repairs and new plumbing as well. He is patient, accessible, and totally dependable. His guys do great work. As long as joe is plumbing, he's our guy. He made our first home improvement project much less intimidating. And he also as great recommendations for other stuff too. You can't go wrong.

Was hired to change out hotwater heater, which they did, except they and quot;jerryand quot; rigged the vent so it was not put back to original condition. In addition to not completing the job in removing of the original waterheater they damaged my hardwood floors and acting like it was no big deal, did nothing to try and remedy the situation. It was discovered that the vent stack was the problem did not come back to clean out an reconnect, this is after I offered to rent the sewer rodder that would help clean the stack just needed them to reconnect everything. Was told in a text message after phone calls were ignored that the job was at a and quot;lossand quot; they did what they could that they don't have to time to fix it and that I should call someone else. Very unprofessional and not quality work.
