We decided to buy a home and after doing a bit of research found Amy. We had tried one other Realtor prior to Amy but they were not working out. Amy is amazing. We saw a lot of places and not only did she take us around but was able to explain in detail with every place we looked at the good the bad and the ugly with the structures and the area (she was right on on everything) After we found the 'perfect' place which turned out to be a short sale, Amy worked her magic through what turned out to be a tricky and at the end of everything about as unpleasant of an experience as it gets. She stepped in to deal with a lot of things which most Realtors would not even bother looking at or dealing with. The best part of having her as our Realtor was that she does not let the seller get away with anything. As a first time buyer there were a number of things we were not aware of and Amy made sure to let us know what the seller was not telling us about the property and the potential baggage it could come with. She dealt with it as if it was her own purchase which made working with her a wonderful experience. We are all moved in now and as happy as can be. Looking forward to working with Amy again in the future.

Amy Duong was our buyers agent, and we recently closed on a fantastic, gorgeous building that we love. Trying to find a home that fit our needs, budget and location preferences was no easy task considering the recent difficulties with the collapsed housing market. Add to that the fact that we are relatively conservative buyers, unwilling to take big risks with $, huge remodeling projects or un-researched neighborhoods. We were so darned picky... I probably would have dropped us as clients if I were our agent!! Nevertheless, she helped us through at least six offers, with revisions, and of course negotiations. Amy has a great sense of humor and an easy going personality, while remaining ethical, professional, business-oriented and on top of all that paperwork!
