+ -1 morePoorly. Mr Winter didn't even recognize Angie's List when I told him how I got his name.
Description of Work: Mr Winter arrived on time, but seemed hesitant about starting work.He was unprepared for the work(lack of ladder) to work on a vanity light.He complained the work was too hard, but enamored on past projects in glowing terms. I even called him because of the review report. He was a disappointment. We ended the appt w/ no charges billed. He would return the next week. I called him mid-week to advise I was getting someone else. He seemed relieved..

+ -1 moreHe has done so much for me, he hires people for me and organizes everything. He has helped me with painted, ripped up floor, walls... everything. He is excellent and he's looking for more work, so hire him he is amazing. He is the only person I would hire for this work.
