Excellent experience!!! As an owner of two buildings, I have had my share of negative experiences with contractors. So when I come across someone like James, I am thrilled! James is extremely knowledgeable about all things roofing. He did my original roof back in 1999, and my roof has remained in good condition. This time he did repairs where necessary and put on a silver coating. James is a real stand-up guy ... kind, courteous and willing to answer all of my many questions. He is a true professional with integrity. James takes great pride in his work. But more than that, he is a guy who cares about his customers. His kindness, honesty and integrity make him just the kind of person that I want to do business with. I highly recommend James!

Very well. Mr Rosas did the inspection and the work. He came out, assessed what needed to be done, made recommendations and we proceeded 2 weeks later, based on his availability. This was the 2nd time I used James Roofing, he replaced the roof on my house 16 years ago with the EXACT same professionalism, attention to detail, punctuality and efficiency.
