About us

I bring in a unique combination of insight, curiosity and dedication to helping people change their lives. My primary goals are to work with clients to gain insight into the areas of their lives that cause distress and to eventually expand their abilities to understand and cope with these problems in a more successful and productive manner. My approach is insight-oriented with prime emphasis placed on the therapeutic relationship between my patient and myself. I am also trained in and employ Eye-Movement-Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based psychotherapy that aims to resolve traumatic events. This is a highly personal, intense process and it requires that two people be able to work closely together in an atmosphere characterized by trust and mutual respect. I welcome individuals and couples that are interested in achieving goals that previously were attempted but unfortunately not met. I am fluent in Polish and English and feel comfortable conducting sessions in both languages.
