They were really good as far as cost and did everything on time. They did a good job quality wise as well. They were clean and cooperative during the project. I do not recall the price at this time.

THE MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Our condo association had an awful devloper/construction company, who hired Gonzalez Roofing to redo the roof. Our roof is under a 5 year warranty (only for labor) with Gonzalez Roofing, thus when some unit owners began having leaks in their units, we called to have them come take a look. He was an hour and a half late, with no phone call to explain this. When he finally arrived, I was already on my way to the train to go to work, I had to come back and deal with him. Language barriers aside...it was impossible to be sure that he knew what the problems were or that they were corrected. He did not charge us for anything. Round 2: We've had major leaking in our stair well, adjacent to a roof access hatch...puddles on the stairs, drywall and paint falling off the ceiling. Since the roof is under warranty (and presumably the access hatch), I called him again to schedule an appt. Day 1: I left a voice mail, his well spoken assistant called me later that day to try to schedule a time. Since Jesus did not have his cell phone on him, she was going to have to have him contact me. Day 2: Jesus and I talk, schedule a appt the following day. Day 3: Day of our appt. He's a no show. My husband and child waited around all day, cancelled their events for the day to wait for this guy, and he didn't bother to call to notify us he would be late or not able to make it. Day 4-14: I called twice a day, every day, and left a message for Jesus to call me. Day 15 (or maybe it was 18, who knows?) Jesus finally picks up the phone (his caller ID must have been turned off?)...we schedule an appt for the following day...the scheduling of the appt was frustrating as I had to spell my address out 5 TIMES....my fellow co-workers had no confidence that our appt would go well. He finally comes out, checks out the roof, only to tell me that he didn't install the roof access hatch, therefore it doesn't fall under his warranty. But he did offer to fix it for us for a fee. Yeah right. with customer service like that...there is no way I'm trusting him.
