Ivan's work and communication are fantastic. He and his team prepped the surfaces beautifully, and the paint job itself is top notch. He even helped out with spray painting all my metal vent covers and the louvered shutters on the interiors of my windows. I didn't think they could still work after painting, but they do! I am very satisfied with the finished product.
Description of Work: Removed wallpaper, prepped and primed interior of 3 BR home. Painted walls, ceilings, moldings, doors, closets, shelving.

Ivan and his team did a great job! They were fast and efficient and their pricing was fabulous! The drywall behind the paneling was very thin. Ivan recommended and we moved forward with installing a second layer of drywall on top of the 40 year old paper thin drywall. The incremental cost associated with this work was minimal. Ivan did a great job and our basement looks great! Ivan even helped me with a few side projects at no additional cost.
Description of Work: Remove old paneling. Remove moldy drywall and install new drywall. Paint walls.

I called Ivan to discuss the work performed. He came over the next day to see the work site. He took copious notes and promised to get a quote to me within the next day or two. I never received the quote. I phoned him several times requesting a quote, but never heard back from him. I loved his work in prior jobs and am very sad to lose Ivan as a painter!
Description of Work: Remove wall paper in dining room and one bedroom. Prepare walls for painting and paint one bedroom, dining room and living room.
