J Duran Landscaping

I was very happy with Duran Landscsping and will use them again. We worked with Juan and he was great. Very patient with my husband and I as we decided what to do. He came up with some great ideas that we could work into our budget. I'm sure we will be using them again.

The question would be what doesn't J DURAN LANDSCAPING not do!!! Listen to Juan....tell him what you would like and then listen for his expertise. I would always be happy to endorse his work. Again, attentive, good listening, good followthrough, timely, experienced! He has done a very intricate brick patio and sidewalk for me. He has done seal coating with hot tar on a driveway that has a pad 32x80 and then is about 200 feet long. He uses crack filler and hand squeegies the thick gooey tar. He trims some trees. He has planted an oak tree in front of our log house and it is thriving. He has transplanted many trees, bushes. He trims the bushes as required. He has installed a small retaining wall in my garden berm and did it much differently than I saw it....and I like his idea much better than mine. He has planted with netting an ares of grass seed approximately 25X150 feet last fall and it is coming in nicely. He has planted lots of new bushes and ornamental grasses. He has cut weekly, my lawn, for 7-8 years and i plan on him doing it another 10 years. THAT is how much I appreciate J DURAN Landscaping Service. John Switzer

I simply can't speak highly enough about this young man. He is fair, reasonable, and wants your place to look the best it can. If you need ideas, Juan will suggest them. Don't make assumptions as he listens to whatever you say and he may actually have a better idea. Duran's Landscaping Services has worked for me for about 7 years. Juan is EXTREMELY customer oriented, a bright young man who listens and is always looking to make the place look better. I am a nut for straight lines when mowing and Juan actually apologized a few years ago when someone who worked for him had some curved lines. I told him it was like a bad hair cut...nothing permanent and it will grow back.... Very reasonable prices. He also does an exceptional job on brick work. I just had a brick patio someone did years ago replaced and the details are incredible. He didn't fill in small spaces with sand but rather cut the brick to fill the space. He also did a burn pit for me. Rebuilt an existing retaining wall & pointed out why it didn't hold up. It was installed by someone who didn't put gravel underneath but rather just on dirt. They can cut down trees, trim bushes, plant new trees & bushes procuring much bigger bushes at a very reasonable rate in comparison to me going and getting them. He mulches...again, I have had him do it all for 7 years and will continue to recommend/use him. Many of my neighbors have used him off and on for various projects. A new neighbor just moved in and now uses Juan weekly. BTW, I live on 2 acres and is wooded so they trim it to make it look pristine!
