Lilly Windows and Doors is your trusted source for light commercial & residential windows and doors. Woman owned company with several union carpenters and certified installers. WBE/DBE woman minority certified, lead certified renovator. All estimates are free. Owner has background in manufacturing of windows & doors. Due to the size of our company we cannot take on every project but would love to discuss your needs to see if we can be of service.

Description of Work: Service was excellent and very knowledgable. The part that could have gone smoother was the payment process, especially because payment info also had to go through condo association.

I do not know this individual and performed no work for her. I believe this review was for another company. 2 years ago I complained to Angies List to get it straightened out with the homeowner because another company is not getting the credit they deserve. Angies List promised to take care of it and here it sits 2 years later. Sorry but we never met and we never did the job. As soon as Ms. [Member Name Removed] described the CC payment process I knew we didn't to the job. This is not how we do business.

we had two very old and unusual-sized attic windows which we wanted to replace. Jeannie, the owner of JC Lilly came out quickly, measured the windows and recommended replacement with Marvin fiberglass windows. These had to be custom made because the dimensions were nonstandard. It took several weeks for the windows to arrive and they were installed in approx. 2 hours including framing. The installers were very good and it was apparent that they knew what they were doing. I would use Lilly again.

My experience with Jeannie THE Window lady was great! I appreciated her personality and professionalism. Great follow up and follow through every step of the way. Her crew was great too. Very neat and tidy and friendly. They, along with Jeannie, went the extra mile to take care of me and my home. My 85 year old windows were replaced with energy efficient, easy to maintain windows. What a thrill to have windows that actually can be opened. I have replaced the windows in stages as budget permitted and Jeannie has been cool with that. I won't divulge her trademark thank you but it was such a surprise and wonderful touch! What will I do now that I've run out of windows to replace!!
