This was our 2nd time using JC flooring. They are professional, prompt and courteous. And you can't beat the price! I highly recommend them for rentals and will be using them again soon.

They brought their own equipment, used sanders which sucked up the dust, and stayed until the floor dried and the project was completely finished.

this was an angies list coupon. 99.00 for 10X10 space floor refinishing. i bought the coupon in late october/november. i called to set up an appointment and was told to call back closer to the desired date. i called again 3 weeks before i wanted the work done and was told that i needed to call back again since the owner had not bought a calendar for 2014 yet. so for a third time, i called again to get the appointment. the day of the scheduled work. the two men were 35 min late. they kept insisting i lived on one street, when i kept telling them my correct address. when they finally arrived, they first needed a shovel. i still dont know why they needed a shovel when my walk was already shoveled, but i gave them my shovel to use anyway. then they started unloading the equipment into the house. they tracked in snow, dirt, everything. no attempt to even try to keep the rest of the house clean. they did the work, but since neither worker spoke any english, i had to keep calling the owner to ask questions. they finally finished the work and loaded the equipment back onto the truck. they never attempted to clean any part of any mess that they made. although the work was good, i would not use them again. it took me several hours just to clean the floors and rugs that they walked on and the owner never contacted me to see if i was happy with the work.

excellent job on my hardwood floors. they sanded and refinished 3 rooms. Due to damage from nail polish and scratches.

John and his staff are top-notch. They are very busy because they are so affordable and do such great work, but I wholeheartedly recommend them. They stand behind their work and are very good at it.

Jon did a great job. He was friendly, prompt and QUICK! Floors look great.

I will find another company for my new floor project.

IOAN'S CREW WAS ON TIME, THEY WERE FRIENDLY, AND DID A GREAT JOB OF FIXING OUR FLOORS, BY SANDING OUT THE WARPED WOOD AREAS, THEN BUFFING AND 2 COATS OF POLY, THE FLOORS LOOK GREAT! THE CREW REALLY WORKS FAST.
