+ 1 moreEven though English is his second language we were able to communicate pretty well. It was very pleasing experience for me. We got the building and knew we need to do some work and after he gave as estimate and told us how he wants do everything, everything went pretty fast and without complications.
Description of Work: He did an excellent and quality job on my 2 flat in Chicago. He installed siding and replaced most doors and windows in the entire building. He also came handy in all the smaller repairs around the building. Even now I call him when I have some emergency repair inside and outside.

+ 2 moreThis is a rental unit that I own and decided to have basement refinished into a livable space. When the building inspector checked the work, he said it was one of the best jobs he has seen in a long time. I was very pleased with the work as were the renters of the house. I recommend them to anyone needing remodeling work on their home.
Description of Work: J&G Construction remodeled my 1500 square foot basement. The work included framing, drywall, taping, painting and carpeting the floor. They converted the basement into a nice livable space. The job took about four and a half weeks.
