I switched to a mac and the system isn't able to be updated via mac So we were emailing name changes etc. They never told us that there would be a service charge of $94.00 for each time, until we got an invoice. I reached out and was told that we had paid them before, One slipped through and got paid. However when asked why this wasn't mentioned ever before. We were told that this could be done manually and would send the manual. When asked why this wasn't presented earlier, I got nothing. They then spent time and money to send an invoice to almost every owner. I asked them again about when they said they were were going to charge $94.00 and nothing We had referred ISS to a couple of people and one was a 50K deal, they are ok pre sale, but post sale terrible. I highly recommend not using them as service and support are terrible

+ -1 moreIt was a disaster. We tried to order parts in January. They gave us a quote and the quote was good for one month. The products never came in. We waited and then we kept calling. Finally in March when I emailed, they said that everything will be there in two weeks. But we never heard from them.
