My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Dominic both in the Real Estate arm of their company, and just recently the Construction group on a bathroom remodel. I can not speak highly enough about either experience. As first time home buyers, Dominic made the process much less intimidating and much more enjoyable than we had anticipated. He was very knowledgeable about the market, negotiating, and the process. Before we even started looking at condo's, Dominic took the time to get to know us in a very earnest and sincere way. This came through as he made recommendations on which properties we would be happy with and which we would be better to avoid. We have been in our condo for just over a year and couldn't be happier. Just recently, we finished a complete gut rehab of our bathroom. We again went through Dominic and found the experience to be just as pleasurable as when we bought our home. He made good recommendations and stayed in contact throughout the process. We also were able to work closely with Jaime, who was our project manager for the job. He, and his crew, were very professional and did amazing work. There were a couple minor hiccups, which always happens in construction, and Jaime handled them with poise and went out of his way to make sure everything was ultimately completed to the highest level and to our satisfaction. My wife and I would recommend Dominic and the Irpino team without the slightest hesitation.

Dominic was outstanding in preparing our home to sell. He took time to visit and provided ideas/suggestions to improve the value of our home. With his construction background, he helped educate us on what customers are looking for today. The highlights and features of what customers are searching for. For example, we changed our round bathroom sink for a square one... which looked amazing. The home definitely showed better and it made it look more contemporary. When the house was ready to list, he did an amazing job staging our home. He also worked with his photographer and took beautiful photographs. The brochure that he put together was nothing but perfection! His team was outstanding and followed through kept promises. He went over and beyond to make sure he captured every audience and maximized exposure/visibility through website, social media, referrals, emails and etc. Needless to say... when our listing was launched... our home was sold in 1 day. SIMPLY INCREDIBLE!!! If you are looking for a Realtor Broker who dedicates himself to his customers, genuine, hardworking and committed... then Irpino Real Estate is the way to go!!! He was excellent. In buying our house, we dealt with three different realtors and he is also in the construction business and he was the only the one that was able to go through the homes with us, and answer a lot of questions that you end up having when you are looking at a home. Questions like, what would it cost to replace the windows and he would give us the cost, like the furnace is such and such age old and a new one will cost you this much and having a lot of the information in pricing that most realtors don't have any idea on. He knew just right off the top of his head and gave an estimate which is what you would expect. We had a lot of questions and to have a realtor with you who is a contractor was just like having an extra person there. His price is the same as every other realtor and so his prices are competitive with the others. I would use no one else but him as a realtor.

My wife and i were buying our first home together. We hired a lady I knew which turned out poorly, My wife knew Dominic and suggested him. Wow what a relief to find a professional with courtesy and caring. Dominic's contractor background helpas so much in the home buying process. Any questions or concerns with the property and he can answer them. You can see the potential and estimate the cost of renovations while viewing properties. I couldn't ask for a better person to discuss houses with. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

My parents decided to relocate and downsize. We knew Dominic from his construction company and has been excellent. We were extremely pleased with the real estate services he and his company provided. He was super efficient, on time, detailed and knowledgeable. We couldn't have had a better experience.

My husband enjoyed his previous experience with Irpino Construction so we contacted Dominic to help us find what would be our first home together. From our initial meeting--where Dominic outlined Irpino Group's home-buying process and discussed with us our wants and needs in a home--to our closing, Dominic's professional expertise and genuine nature made my husband and I feel like valued clients. To begin the search, Dominic set us up on the MLS and helped us choose several properties to view. We actually ended up finding our home on the first day we looked at properties! With Dominic's help, we processed through our desire to purchase the house, set up another showing, and submitted an offer within a week of initially viewing the property--then we began negotiating. While negotiations, inspections, and closing are no doubt a nerve wracking time, my husband and I felt very supported because of the regular contact we had with Dominic and the fact that he made himself available to answer our questions and address our concerns. Dominic made it very easy for us to establish a relationship, leaving my husband and I feeling more like friends than clients by the end of our home-buying process. (I'm not sure what percent commission was charged by Irpino Group Real Estate but, considering the service we received, I know it was a great value!)

Dominic from Irpino Group came highly recommended to me from a friend. I was looking for a condo on the Northwest side of the city so I could stay close to my family. I gave Dominic my specs - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath and I wanted to stay below $375 K. We spoke several times on the phone before we set up our first appointment. Dominic came to pick me up and took me around the neighborhoods I specified and some others that he thought that would be of interest that I hadn't mentioned. Dominic is a great guy - knowledgeable, professional and easy-going. I was feeling really nervous about this whole condo-buying experience and he put me at ease and showed me some awesome spots. He knew exactly what I was interested in and quickly picked up on why I preferred some places over others and adapted in showing me the next round of places. I was impressed with how well he knew the area and how in tune he was with the different issues that were facing me as a buyer. He ended up showing me a ton of places - and I ended up getting exactly what I was hoping for and well under my budget. An overall great experience - would recommend his services to anyone looking for a place in the city.

I found Dominic and Irpino Group through friends who had used him. I was looking for an investment property and I like that not only would he be able to help me find the property but his construction team would be able to help make any repairs needed to the property. He's incredibly knowledgeable and was able to point out problems with different properties which made making a decision on which place to go with so much easier.I definitely recommend him and plan to use him in the future. He did some exstensive renovation work to the property I ended up getting and the work was beautiful. He's the kind of guy you not only want to work with but get a beer with.Meeting Dominic is like meeting your brother. He's just the nicest guy who not only makes you feel good but instills a confidence.

Hired another real estate agent who was a friend from our church. She ended up being a really nice person but just not a great agent. Found Dominic and after spending 45 minutes talking, ended up finding 13 great properties and visited the and quot;Top 6and quot; within 3 days. Made offers on 3 other properties that then had to be cancelled for various reasons. Found our perfect condo and Dominic introduced us to our realty lawyer ($500 only if you close) and helped us negotiate a great price. 6 days before our proposed closing and the infamous Chicago sewer backed-up and warped the existing wood floor. This is where Dominic is a master......When the floors warped, he immobilized his vast connection of relationships. In less than 2 weeks, the floors were replaced (with a higher grade of wood than the original) and what we thought was going to be a lost deal turned into a moving truck for us! Dominic has a very interesting way about business. While I think he does amazing work the most amazing part is that he works a deal by making friends to both sides. While I am sure that we could have beat the deal by $3,000 or so it would have been many more months of negotiating, posturing and then it wouldn't have amounted to the whole $3,000. While he keeps your best in mind, he works as a friend to the other party. Now, I've heard that Dominic gives discounts to lovely ladies, older ladies, ............ (Just putting this because he can use a good date).

My wife had recently relocated from Philippines, and we had a bit of a time constraint. Dominick was incredibly patient and very savvy regarding Chicago Real Estate. He was an enormous help, and I would certainly recommend him to anyone. Not only does he know real estate, but he is also very knowledgeable about construction so he provided some guidance on the interior and overall quality of the condos we looked at.
