Description of Work: Irpino Construction did the massive renovation of my house in 2011, a bathroom remodel last year, and, now, this year, the complete demolition and reconstruction of my front porch. As expected, the work is of top-notch quality; indeed, a number of neighbors have requested that Dominic come by to talk about having him do work for them, given the beauty of the porch. You can't ask for more from a contractor.

Description of Work: I called Irpino Construction for an estimate on repair work in our home. Mr. Irpino arrived on time with a colleague, and quickly provided an estimate for the work. Ultimately, I did not hire them because I wanted to get another estimate, some time passed, and when I decided to use Irpino Construction for the job, they were booked up for three months. I would certainly consider getting an estimate from them if we remodel a room.

Description of Work: I hired Irpino construction to fix numerous items in my condominium unit in Old Town Triangle so I could stage it for resale. | |This included fixing ceilings that had experienced leaks, painting my entire unit, upgrading bathroom toilets, replacing several closet doors, replacing a kitchen shelf cabinet, tearing out carpets & baseboards for new wooden floors and installing new marble & stone floors in the bathroom and front & rear entrances. | |The work was high quality, performed on time and with exceptional communication from the team lead, Jaime. | |The work was done within price estimates. | |I would highly recommend this company to anyone & everone!

Description of Work: Ran electrical to three ceiling fans and installed them. Expanded opening from kitchen to dining room. Painted. All in a week so we could move in on time. Excellent work.

Description of Work: I called Monday April 15, 2013 and spoke to a woman who made an appointment for me on Saturday April 20, 2013 @ 12:30 with Dominic. Making the initial appointment I stated to the woman if there was a need to cancel before the appointment to give me a call. On April 20, 2013, no one showed or called. I could have schedule someone else at that time, rather than waste time waiting on them. This is very unprofessional. My grade for them is an F.

Description of Work: Dominic and his team added a door and wall to create a 2nd bedroom. They also buffed the floors and professionally cleaned the carpets. All walls were painted as well. We had some folks go in after the work was done and they stated that the unit was immaculate as it had never been lived in before. WE are so happy with the work that was done. Dominic has a level of trust with his clients that is not to be overlooked. He really cares about the end product regardless whether this was a $250k job or a $3k job. He is truly an artist in a world of contractors.

Description of Work: We didn't do any work because the project we had in mind wasn't financially feasible, but we will be contacting this firm in the future for any new projects.

Description of Work: Dominic and his team came in after I had to terminate another contrctor. Dominic is very responsivite and sensitive to my needs as client. His crew was skillful and prompt. I was able to inout as needed and after the first day or two, I could see I was in very good hands. Charlie Moulter and Nikita were the leads on the actual work crew. Charlie has 30 plus years experience and informed me of really important things I could've easily missed or ignored. Nikita has a very likeable and professional demeanoer and is skilled as a craftsman. My cabinets were pricey in my imind (over $7K) and they made sure they were level and beautifully put in. All appliances were properly installed. When changes came up, the pricing was fair. When we had issues, Dominic resolved them professionally.

Description of Work: I did not end up choosing Irpino construction due to a family referral I had to accept, but Dominick came out twice and put together a very nice proposal for my remodeling job. He wasn't cheap, but he wasn't the most expensive either. I could tell, though, that he and his company were very professional and I would have trusted them to do a good job.

Description of Work: They finished our basement, remodeled three bathrooms, two with marble and the other with ceramic, installed a portion of new hardwood flooring to match existing and refinished the flooring, replaced the windows on the back of the house, installed a backyard concrete and paver patio as well as a deck, moved a few walls, removed wallpaper, installed new electrical, installed new ceiling fixtures, installed hookups for wall mounted flat screen tv's, power cleaned the garage and installed carpeting in three bedrooms as well as painted a large portion of the home. They also replaced a the kitchen sink and faucet.

Description of Work: Executed a modern design for a bathroom renovation. Removed all old fixtures, tiles and electrical. Installed all new fixtures, tile and electrical.

Description of Work: All hardwood floors were refinished with a dark stain. They updated the bathroom and added limestone tile. They added new baseboard throughout the whole unit. They sanded and painted all the walls. They put in new carpet in the bedroom.

Description of Work: Dominic and his crew changed out some locks, reworked some electrical, installed new lighting fixtures and some touch up painting.

Description of Work: Remodeled two kitchens creating two wonderful chef's kitchens with beautiful 42" maple cabinets, granite counter-tops, stone back-splashes and installed new appliances. Changed all the hardware. Moved electrical and plumbing and wired for additional outlets. The bathrooms were beautifully redone with gorgeous stone and accents. They installed some difficult mirrors and fixtures. He installed all new hardwood floors and finished them. Dominic installed new laundry rooms with granite counters. He redid all the decking on the balconies. Dominic and his crew are very clean and maintained a work environment that you wouldn't even know they were there.
