 + -1 moreThe Reserve Analysis Report became a problem because neither the Common Corporation nor IPSA were experienced when it came to these type of reports. Once IPSA determined they did not have a qualified person to produce this report, they hired someone qualified to do it and they completed the job. Their consulting has educated the Association's Board Members and guided through some complicated technical and financial issues while refusing to accept additional renumeration for this additional work! I cannot prise IPSA's performance enough!
Description of Work: IPSA Corporation provides the following two comprehensive reports for the Common Corporation Townhouse Association: Visual Review of Common Landscape Elements and Reserve Analysis Report. In addition, IPSA provided consulting via telephone, e-mail and attending Board Meetings.

Description of Work: I had a job that they bid, which I then applied for funding for a grant. After all of the necessary paperwork was in for the grant approval, they marked up the bid 40% for a shower installation, which I would have understood 10% but that was price gouging. Sadly, because it was a grant and time sensitive, I had no choice but to use them. They got through permitting quickly for which I was happy about, but no one GM ran the job, problems ammased quickly, changes were made without my consent and the work was inadequate by 50% of the subcontractors. We ended up having to complete detailed work ourselves. The work had yet to be finished. I could go on and on but I would stear clear of this company.

 + 0 moreIt went great, we started a little late, I would suggest getting started as soon as you get the violations, don't wait for the first court date.
Description of Work: Helped us get through the City Hall mess, we were able to put together drawings and they assisted us in procuring the permits for our project and stopped out a couple of times during the construction and helped us clear everything up in court.

 + -1 moreThis company was referred by a roofing company who came to look at some structural damage to our roof. I initially spoke with Rafael Ramirez on the phone and I had to call back to give a date that would work for someone to come out and take a look at our attic. I called after hours on a Friday and he returned my call early Monday morning to confirm a time for the next day, Tuesady. The person who came to our house couldn't have been more than 18 years old and completely NOT qualified to make suggestions about our situation. He arrived 45 minutes late, and only took pictures. Now I've tried calling the company back to tell them not to waste their time drawing up plans for our attic and the outgoing message on their answering service is NOT the same as it was last week. It doesn't even mention the company name. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone. Fortunately we're not out any money, but the whole thing seems creepy.
Description of Work: We have cracked rafters in our attic.
