He was really great at showing me everything that he had done when finished. He had all of the bits that I had not provided. He was perfect at not making a mess so I had nothing to clear up afterwards. We got into really good conversation as we are both not from this country and we shared our stories. I checked all of the repaired/added switches before he left and they are all working fine. He was a very pleasant person to talk to and I will definitely be coming back to John again in the future for my electrical needs.

John is very personable. All work was completed satisfactorily. I will definitely call John again when I need electrical work done at my house.

John was extremely professional. He did the work at a great price. I had this work done because of the buyer's concerns. She contacted him and he assured her that if any issues arose, he would take care of it. He obviously stands behind his work, which is nice to see. John will be the first person I call if I ever have any electrical work or issues in the future.

John was great to deal with. We had an issue in the garage of a rental house where tenants had moved in only a week prior. At first the garage door openers wouldn't work until the breaker was reset, but then there seemed to be an issue with the garage lights not working too. John was available on short notice (same day). He called ahead to give an ETA and showed up when he promised. The whole process took only about an hour, and John was very thorough in diagnosing the problem (bad wiring in a light switch -- the garage is probably 60-70 years old) and fixing it. It was so important for safety reasons to get the problem taken care of quickly! The cost was also entirely reasonable given the safety issues involved and the quickness with which John solved the problem. I would hire John again, no question. I wish he offered tree service too!

John Babus worked hard to get the recessed lights installed in our basement. He was professional and courteous, arrived on time and did not waste time doing his work. I would hire him again.

Ion Electric has been refereed to me by my friend. I contacted John in regard to electric work at my store. From the very first telephone call to the completion of the work I found John to be polite, friendly, professionally knowledgeable and meticulously efficient in every aspect of the work involved.I would definitely recommend Ion Electrical and shall use this Company again should the need for electrical work arise.

I called John in the afternoon and by later in the evening he had come round and provided an estimate for the whole job - a substantial renovation of a house including c.28 can lights , new kitchen appliances and outlets, external lighting and outlets, data cabling and two new bathrooms (incl main lighting, vanity/ sconces and towel heaters). John worked extremely well with my main contractor and coordinated his work around the other work going on in the renovation. We talked through any modifications required and always arrived at a sensible outcome - extras to the original spec were always agreed in advance and costs were transparent (and low in any case.) . I would not hesitate to call John again or recommend him to others looking for a skilled, conscientious electrician.

He arrived on time, went right to work and by 9:30 had completed the job. He was very professional, knew exactly what to do and set about to do it to our satisfaction. I would recommend Ion Electric to friends and family
