pest control
+ -1 moreMade an appointment with Keyth; he didn’t show so I called and he called back saying that he had a family emergency. That’s ok, but I would have appreciated a call. He said that he only had time to come the next day at 7am. I said ok but my sister would come to my house to be there as I had to go to work. Again he didn’t show up, and when my sister called he said that he had not told me that he would be there at 7 (not true) but he would come between 2-4 pm. My sister called other pest service providers, and made an appointment. She called Keyth and cancelled. I live on the south side of Chicago and prefer to support businesses that are located and serve the south side but not this one.
