Chester provided excellent customer service and a good job installing our over-the-range, black stainless steel microwave. However there is a noticeable small dent in front of microwave. Didn't see it until the next day after service was completed. Yes, I would recommend his services. And I would also do before & after pics (which we did not do). Overall, good job.

I would re-hire Mr. Chester in a heartbeat.

he quoted me $130 on the phone - took the light down - and then wanted to charge me e after he took it all apart - he ended up charging me235. she just wanted to report that I was very unhappy with him as a professional -the fan did not work right after the instal and gave me a very hard time- he also got very nasty with me and my son. He wasmaking demands on how he wanted me to pay him. I would NOT recommend this man to anyone

Chester, the tech, was very professional yet friendly which is important to me. I don't care for techs who talk to me like I don't know anything. Chester answered my questions and concerns without judgement. Plus he has a good sense of humor - another positive! M

Chester was spectacular. He had a clear sense of what the problem was very quickly and offered a great solution. Chester clearly has the ability to both detect and solve problems. Wish we had known about him years ago!

Customer Service was by far the worst experience I have ever had!

My main reason for my low rating was his listening skills. I told him I needed wiring my garage, which was a 240 watt line ran. When he was done, it was only a 120 line. I told him he made a mistake and he just ran another 120 line. Another thing, before he started, he looked over the job and gave me a quote in writing. When he finished he was way over his quote by several hundreds of dollars. Once the compressor was hook up it wouldn't run right. I call the manufacturer they send out a technician that told me he had the compressor wired wrong. Instead of listening, he wanted to argue with the technician, telling him how long he's been an electrician. I'm like just listen to the man and see what happens. He finally did and the compressor now works.

This could had been worked out since not professional. Due to not professional I was not able to deal with them anymore.
