Initial Service

The came on time, moved furniture and window treatment. Replaced everythig and they were very neat.

I had a good experience with them. I was very satisfied with them. It was good. Everything was excellent. They were courteous. They came on time. They explained what they were going to do. They should be able to not only clean the gutters but repair them or have a recommendation of somebody who repairs gutters.

My windows are sparkling clean and clear. They did an excellent job, both in cleaning my windows and handing it all very neatly inside. There were no concerns with water spills or splatters. They took care to leave anything they had to move as they found it. They were accommodating to any special concerns that as in window hangings that needed to be removed and cleaned, etc. They were easy to have in the house and seemed to take more care than anyone but my previous window cleaner, who had gone out of business and referred me to them.

The washers arrived after being called to remind them we had them scheduled. They worked hard under the supervision of one man. Some of our windows were difficult to wash due to them being stuck so we understood some damage would occur to the screens and surrounding wood. The windows themselves were cleaned which is what they were paid to do.

They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond the call of duty. Very professional and high quality work. I would hire them again and recommend them to others without reservation.

It was good. They were very good. He even went further and did two additional things so I was very pleased with his service. I would give them an A. He kept me informed when there was something that came up and I don't have any issues when you keep me informed as opposed to leaving me hanging. He kept me up to date. He cleaned all my windows and did the gutters for just $135 and that's because he didn't come when he thought that he could come. He did a thorough job on my gutters. He didn't leave a mess behind. It was just a very good experience. He called me right away once I made the deal. He kept me up to date on what's going on. Everything was an A. I have plans to call him in the fall. I do plan on using them again in the future.

Great guys. They came in, saw the job needed a little more than pressure washing and picked up some chemicals at the hardware store and did the job. When the owner called the next day, I thought he was looking for money for the chemicals (makes sense right?) but instead he was calling to see if I was happy with the quality of work performed. Really? No one does that anymore do they? Well this guy does! I asked him about the chemicals and he said it was in him as he had to reschedule on me originally. Polite, professional and good customer service... I'd call this guy again for sure!

The work done was excellent. The crew arrived and went to work immediately. I have approximately three stories on an old Victorian style house. My gutters were in horrible shape. There are a lot of trees in my area, and they drop pods that grow rapidly. I had my gutters cleaned last year but the company only cleaned what could be seen with the naked eye. I am a senior and I cannot get on a ladder to check behind workers. I could tell the difference after a big rain when the gutters and downspouts worked as they should. Would highly recommend this company.

Matthew gave us an estimate in a timely manner and then came out to do the power washing within the week of the estimate! The men were very professional and worked quickly and quietly. They were very professional and asked us to critique their work after they were done. They showed us some spots and stains that wouldn't come out of the concrete even though they went over those spots again. I wouldn't hesitate to use Initial Services again or to recommend them to our neighbors.

For 15 years, I have cleaned my deck yearly and by myself. Due to an injury and the awesome price offered, I to allow someone else to do it. He did as well as I would have. I am very satisfied.

The deck was pretty dirty and the old stain was peeling. He was able to remove the peeling stain which will allow me to stain the deck for the season. The job was done neatly and professionally. I will definitely be using him again.

Great job! So clean I thought the screens had been removed. My view of the outside world is much brighter. These guys got right to work and even did my basement windows even tho they were not part of the deal. Would definitely use them again

I would rate them an A+ if that was possible. He has the right ladders, pressure-washing equipment, workers are conscientious, Matthew works alongside them and is easy to deal with.

Sometimes, you just get lucky. I found this through the Big Deal and I was just expecting the usual mediocre cleaning crew. This guy came to my house with his helper and he completely blew me away. He thoroughly cleaned my garage floor, moved items out of the way and even helped me move items into the basement. I was very impressed. I paid extra to have my windows cleaned and it was well worth it. I will be inviting him back out to do my deck and interior windows.

They did a great job. Matthew & his office lady kept me up to date with scheduling, etc. Was only going to get outside of windows done at 1st, but decided to have gutters cleaned & house power washed too. It was a little more expensive for the added on things tho, but he did do extra (inside of 1st floor windows, a couple windows over the 30 I paid for, power washed stamped concreat patio & driveway & sidewalk for free). They made sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

Matthew is personable, his crew polite, and they were very fast, completing the whole house in a little over an hour. Very satisfied and will definitely call them again.

Matthew and his assistant Dwayne were great. Matthew was super-responsive, friendly, energetic, and communicative about his recommendations regarding my needs. They went over and above the call of duty to loosen two stuck windows so they could be cleaned. It is such a good feeling to know that the next time I'm in need of these kind of services, I won't have to look around, because we've found our man.
