Marco was fantastic, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to meet our garage door repair needs. He was very thorough in his assessment of our issue(s) and took time to educate me on what was going on. I initially sent him and couple other companies a picture of the damage I saw in plain sight (strut was pulled off the door) but he was the only one that mentioned to me(before coming for a physical inspection) that the damage seen in the pic could have been caused by other mechanical failures with the door system ( springs). Marcos gave me quotes for multiple situations before coming out for the actual inspection. Others were just in a hurry to give me a quote for the damage shown in my pic and never mentioned there could be other causes. I would have never known. Turns out fixing just the damage shown in the pic would have been like slapping a band-aid on the issue because there were other issues with my door system which Marcos fixed. He actually found another issue (wiring issue with the safery sensor)we never talked about as he was doing the repairs and repaired it on his own at no charge. His overall customer service was friendly and top notch. I recommend Marcos for his knowledge, expertise, and awesome customer service. Prices were more than reasonable as well.
