Description of Work: My household goods were picked up from my home. The team was professional and nice. They handled my furnishings with care. The were plenty of people on the team to get the job done fast. Stay tuned because they have not delivered my household goods yet. I will rate the delivery later and provide feedback on my complete experience.

Description of Work: I had used them for local moves before without incident, but when I relocated to DC, it was a disaster. The only part of the move that went well was the pick-up in Chicago--that team was fine. In transit and delivery, however, they broke two pieces of furniture, showed up with furniture that wasn't mine, and lost a double dresser entirely. I had to contact them numerous times to get an official invoice to provide my employer for relocation reimbursement. They never located the dresser, forwarded my complaint to a third-party claims company, I completed the claims form and repeatedly followed up. I never received a reply or any form of compensation or replacement for the lost dresser. Those are the highlights of an overall bad experience.

Description of Work: I moved from Chicago to Dallas, TX. It was a nice and smooth experience for move. Completely no issues (on time delivery, timely pick up from start location etc.). But make sure that you pack your stuff well.
