It was the first moving experience with this company. They shifted all the stuffs so carefully and I really appreciate their help. They came on time. scheduled their task and divided into teams to complete the moving. I'm glad that I hired this company for moving my stuff. They worked so professionally, was affordable and was a great deal too!

I use them frequently, and I always have good experiences. They always keep my belongings safe and in tact, the crews are friendly and professional, and the pricing is very fair. In fact, I recommend them to my clients.

It was a disaster, and I would never use them again. The crew was inexperienced, they broke several items, and they scratched the walls of my new house during the moving process.

The process took about a month to complete which was much longer than I expected, but everything went well aside from that. The staff was friendly and professional, no items were damaged, and the price seemed reasonable considering the scope of the work.

Everything went well. The crew showed up on time, completed the job ahead of schedule, and kept our belongings free from harm. Ultimately, they did a good job for a reasonable price, and we would recommend their services to others.

Moving is very stressful and having your information submitted to numerous companies is stressful enough. I weeded through all of the companies that have sent me e-mails and left messages, I must say the worst thing I have ever done. But, through the process I did find a company that was worth talking too and doing business with. In & Out Moving is worth speaking with my consultant explain the whole procedure in detail so their was nothing left to discuss. I admire the fact that she took the time to go over everything with me and I felt real at ease with her. On the day of pick up it went as smooth as our phone conversation, Alex and his crew were a delight to deal with great team. I am very grateful for such a wonderful company. There are still some great movers and In & Out Moving is on top of list! much thanks They did a fantastic job

They damaged several items and they lost several more. You would think it would be difficult to lose half of an armoire or the top grid of a wooden bed, 2 desks, a mattress, chairs and several boxes, but they did. The management was rude and dismissive when I would follow up with them regarding a search they assured me they would conduct. When I called to follow up and spoke to another employee regarding the search she was completely unaware of any such search being performed. It was a devastating and exhausting experience dealing with these people and this company.

They charged a premium for keeping my items in storage for a week while I waited for my new house to be ready. They itemized everything, This took considerable time which equates to money. Their selling point is that your items will be safe. Well, they lost a lot of items. They lost a 2 piece armor, 8 shelving units, countless boxes with expensive items, an expensive folding ladder. They damaged walls during the move in. They broke almost every lamp. I've moved about 8 times in my life, and have never experienced anything this bad. I had heard horror stories before, but I never imagined it could be this bad. The owner gave me the run around for weeks. Then, he finally said to file a claim. Well, that claim takes even more time to complete. And they only pay 30 cents per pound!!! So, if they had lost everything I owned, I would get 30 cents per pound (if I can prove it), which is a whole different matter.They also go by other names:Five Star MoversOn time MoversI'm not sure why they had 2 other names, but I can only guess that it's to throw off people who read about one particualr alias.DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!!!!!!

Most awful experience. I was moving back home to Chicago from Indianapolis and needed a mover who could pick up in Indy, put goods into their storage, and deliver about a year later. The movers showed up 2 days late for my move. After it was in storage I had one month free storage and then was to pay per month. I never received a bill and called a few times without any call back. Then I received a call from an extremely rude woman acting like I was a deadbeat that didn't want to pay. I tried to explain that I had called several times but she would not lose her terrible attitude. This continued through months that they did not send bills and then would verbally attack me. Then when I was finally able to get my stuff out of storage, the movers came to deliver as scheduled. However, my 50" Sony Wega flat screen TV, glass table tops, bedframe, boxes of barware and a few other things were missing AND the boxes looked like they had been kicked. Many of them were crushed, fine china and crystal broken. I called immediately and when I had my moving coordinator, Patrick, he seemed concerned and said he would call me back. that is the last time anyone from the company would take my call. the next thing i know i am getting a call from their moving insurance company that offered me $160 for all of the damaged goods and missing stuff. It was a complete and total nightmare. they were extremely unprofessional and please, anyone who is considering this company, PLEASE rethink this. It was the most horrible experience of my life.

The experience with them was excellent. I had to change the dates of moving at the very last minute with less than 24 hours notice. They did not charge me for the date change. They moved everything with ease. I was moving from a fourth floor condominium and they had four men who moved all my things. They moved everything out of the condominium, packed it up and brought it to Indiana, and unpacked everything. It was all done under four hours. They actually arrived 15 minutes early. They packed up everything nicely and there was nothing broken. All the large furniture was wrapped up in blankets and sheets and there was no damage whatsoever. They were very friendly. I moved just a week after the big Chicago blizzard and it was not the most conducive setting to move, but they were able to get it all done in under four hours, even with snow all over the place. They were amazing. They gave me a quote and it was basically the final price charged. They gave me a discount because I moved during the week and it was off-season. They were an excellent company.

Like I stated the move out and storage were excellent. The move in was very poor. The move in personnel acted like they were in a real hurry and my schedule did not exist.

Received a quote from in & out which was acceptable. I told them the load must depart on a certain date in the future for us to have a deal. This was promised and a contract was submitted with my exact departure date. The address that angie's list is not correct. I believe that this was the owner's home. I went to the corporate to make the final stipulations and payment. I was told the move would not be made on the day I wanted but 4 days later. Also I needed to pay in CASH only..no credit card, not certified check, just cash is accepted. They had already packed my belongings though the load would not ship for an additional 4 days. I had no choice. The load arrived safely, albeit 4 days late and the receiver of the goods also could only pay in CASH. Nice way to pocket money I would say!

They showed up late, they took 2 days to get the job done, they over charged us, and they also broke a few items. I attempted to contact them and got no results.

The total cost was considerably more than the estimate that was given. We were also charged a considerable amount of money for packing supplies. They told us we had to use certain materials before they would move our belongings (we packed ourselves) yet the insurance didn't completely cover us because we packed ourselves. It seems like a way for them to make more money. Our couch had several grease marks on it. We had shelves and a lamp broken as well as a $400 air purifier. There was damage done to our coffee table. After weeks of inconsistent information from this company on what to do, we were finally referred to their insurance. Apparently, they sometimes handle claims themselves. I filed a claim and the insurance never returned my calls. I finally spoke to someone (eight months later) and found out my claim was approved for $60. It's not worth it, use a different company.

They arrived on time. My contract was for Crew Size: 3 men; 1 truck at Hourly Rate: $109.00 per hour. Travel Time Fee: $54.50. They arrived with 4 men which increased everything; the hourly rate and travel time fee. They asked me was it OK and said 4 men would be faster and in the end the cost would be about the same. That wasn't the case the The 4th man did nothing and the foremen did very little. The remaining two worked so hard.

They were really good with everything they did. The job turned out to be bigger than they had anticipated for such a small place, and they didn't complain. They stuck by us and worked hard all day. I would highly recommend him.

One night before the moving, I was told the truck broke down in Texas. Two nights later (they offered to pay me a very small part of my hotel cost as I was staying at a hotel), a driver came to New Orleans with 2 temps. The 2 temps merely stood around while the driver wrapped things which gave away their non-mover status. Further, one of the temps appeared to be casing the joint. While I was outside, he gave my daughter $1 bill for change so he can take public transportation to go home. Why didn't he ask the driver, the other temp, or me? I figured that he was checking to see where my daughter kept her purse which I had locked in the car. The driver was very good and through, but I was thoroughly spooked and extremely uncomfortable by that one temp. I told Mr. Hersh of my feelings and advised that he should never repeat this practice.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED THESE MOVERS AND BOTH TIMES WERE GREAT EXPERIENCES. THE MOVERS WERE FRIENDLY AND QUICK. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND HAD ALL OF THEIR MATERIALS READY TO GO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE MOVERS TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS.

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS REALLY MIXED. THE FIRST CREW, LEAD BY OSCAR WAS ALMOST AN HOUR LATE. HE DIDN'T SEEM VERY KEEN ON WORKING. I FELT LIKE I PAID FOR A FOUR PERSON CREW BUT WAS GETTING 3. THEY COULD HAVE JOKED AROUND A LITTLE LESS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE ACTUAL LIFTING OF REALLY HEAVY ITEMS LIKE OUR PIANO, ETC. THE SECOND CREW WAS ON TIME. ANIF, THE CREW LEADER WORKED ALONG WITH HIS CREW. THEY WERE REALLY WELL COORDINATED AND WORKED AT A STEADY PACE. IF I WERE GUARANTEED THAT I WOULD GET THIS SECOND CREW WITH ANIF, I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE IN & OUT MOVING FOR ANOTHER MOVE IN THE FUTURE.

THE MOVE WENT PRETTY WELL. HE WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE WHICH INCLUDED A TRIP CHARGE + HOURLY RATE. THE TRIP CHARGE WAS INCREASED WHEN THE CAME ON THE DAY OF MOVING (BY $24 ). WHEN WE BROUGHT THIS TO THE PROVIDERS ATTENTION, THEY SAID THAT COULDN'T BE. AND SINCE WE DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING IN WRITING WE COULDN'T PROVE IT. THE MOVE TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN THE PHONE ESTIMATE. THE TOTAL COST WAS MORE THAN EXPECTED. OTHERWISE, THEY DID ALRIGHT.

THIS COMPANY HAS GREAT MOVERS. THEY DON'T TALK OR ARGUE AMONG THEMSELVES, THEY JUST WORK EFFICIENTLY. I HAVE 2 MINOR COMPLAINTS, WHICH ARE 1) THEY TWISTED THE HANDLEBARS OF MY BIKE BUT DID NOT UNTWIST THEM AND I HAD TO TAKE THE BIKE TO THE SHOP TO HAVE IT FIXED, AND 2) THEY INITIALLY FORGOT TO LOAD A BIG CHAIR ONTO THE TRUCK, LOST ONE 6-FT. LADDER AND FORGOT TO DELIVER A MIRROR. HOWEVER, THESE ARE MINOR ANNOYANCES COMPARED TO WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED. THEY DELIVERED THE CHAIR THE SAME DAY. ON THE WHOLE I HAVE HAD 2 GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH THIS COMPANY AND I WOULD FEEL COMFORTABLE RECOMMENDING THEM TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR PROMPTNESS.
