Imperial Painters

We asked Chris to give us bids for several areas of our home that needed painting. He broke the bid out several ways for us, so we could really pick and chose what we wanted to do. Ultimately, he came out with one other person and spent the weekend painting two ceilings that had recently been patched, our dining room, living room, 2 bay windows that needed sealing, sanding and painting, closet doors, all the trim, a hallway, a tiny part of our kitchen (only part that's painted) and our staircase (which required use of a 16" ladder I believe, as the ceiling is high in the stairwell). Chris mentioned that he felt that our upstairs doors and trim really looked grayed out and dirty after all the other work was done, so he painted them and did not charge us any extra. He also bought all the paint, primer, supplied everything. Our place was neat and well taken care of while the job was done. We're hoping to have him back to do our upstairs bedrooms soon!
