I called directly and coordinated a quote with Angelica. She quickly scheduled a consultation and was very thorough and informative. She was very responsive to text messages as well. Price quoted was fair for a sizeable two bed/1.5 bath and living areas. For monthly cleaning they start with a deep clean, so price is double the monthly rate for the first clean. She uses her own cleaning supplies but willing to use other products as requested if provided. She was very knowledgeable about safe cleaning methods for all sorts of different surfaces. I have only had one cleaning so far, but she and a helper spent a great deal of time on each room and did a great job. I appreciated the small details such as stickers on the toilet paper and nicely organized/rolled up wash clothes in the bathroom. Would highly recommend.

The owner came out for a consultation and I was able to arrange a convenient time for my schedule to have her team come out. She was knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and provided a good estimate. When she and a team member came for the cleaning, they were on time, and wasted no time getting to work. They worked efficiently and did a thorough cleaning of my home...top to bottom. My windows are beautiful and I can see my reflection in all of my wooden surfaces including my hardwood floors. They did an amazing job and I've booked my next 3 months. I do plan to keep her own on a monthly basis. We are very thankful Immaculate Cleaning agreed to help us during a time we needed them, even though it was their busiest time of year! Our long time housekeeper had to have surgery and even though I could not guarantee a long term job Angelica agreed to 4 weeks of cleaning for our home.
