Worst customer service experience possible. Ideal Fitness was chosen as a vendor by Life Fitness to repair two pieces of equipment. A rep (Donna English) said she had three of four parts for our repairs but one would not be available for two months. I asked her what part was missing. She said it was my responsibility to track down the missing part and determine which piece of equipment it was linked to. She refused to help me. Then she told me she was only doing me a favor by going to a residential home as she specializes only in commercial. I asked what that had to do with me? I told her that this was the fourth call in two weeks and that every call has been inaccurate or curt. She said I won't come to your house now. Find someone else. I said we didn't choose you, we called Life Fitness. You were assigned to us! She said go figure it out yourself but we're not coming. This not only reflects terribly on Ideal Fitness but also Life Fitness for every partnering with a company like this.
