+ 0 moreHe does good work, charges a reasonable price, brings the same great crew, and I'm always satisified with his work. All of his men are very trustworthy as well. They use quality paint and they don't leave until the job is finished.
Description of Work: He stained a stairwell and a couple doors in my house as well as painting some inside walls. He did a bit of touch up work outside as well.

Description of Work: 2 flat. This is a family business. There are about 8 people available. Humberto and I scheduled a time to meet. We discussed the details and he gave me a price. We scheduled a day to begin the work. I have used him before and was very happy with the work. He and his workers are very punctual and they stay to finish the work. Usually 8:30 to 6:30. Prices are good and work is exceptional. They painted inside and out, stained wood in the outer hallway and in one room. They also stripped old wallpaper and painted the room, repaired grouting around a window, grouted in the bathroom, painted the garage door perfectly, and resurfaced a small flat roof over the hallway. They pointed out that the small roof was leaking after they painted it. They repaired it and replaced it. They even washed all of the windows. Humberto and his brother Oscar are very service oriented. They want to do a good job and they want you to be satisfied. It is a pleasure to hire someone with his attitude and expertise.

+ 0 moreHUMBERTO IS AN EXCELLENT PAINTER. HIGHLY RESPONSIBLE, PUNCTUAL, AND TAKES HIS JOB VERY SERIOUSLY. HE HAS A SELECT GROUP OF MEN WHO HAVE WORKED WITH HIM FOR YEARS. THEY ARE ALL EXCELLENT AT THEIR JOB. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH EVERYTHING THAT WAS DONE. THE PRICES ARE GOOD, THE JOB GETS DONE QUICKLY, VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, AND POLITE. THERE IS MORE TO SAID, ALL GOOD! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Description of Work: THIS WAS THE PRICE TO PAINT EXTERIOR TRIM ON A 2 FLAT. HE ALSO PAINTED THE ENTIRE INTERIOR AT DIFFERENT TIMES THIS PAST YEAR. THE AVERAGE WAS 300 TO 550 A ROOM DEPENDING IF THERE WAS WALLPAPER TO BE REMOVED.
