+ -1 moreAfter four weeks and a wrong turn on selection of a cabinet vendor, I received a rushed proposal that was 40% higher than preliminary estimates. Mr. Siracki is articulate and presented himself well, but was quick to stress his expectations of me and others rather than provide accurate information in a timely manner. Although he acknowledged that his preliminary estimate was low and he should not have provided the figure, combined with the way information was delayed, I can only conclude that he assumed I would purchase his services at any price to meet my time constraints.
Description of Work: Was introduced through a realtor and discussed renovation of a condo.
