+ -1 moreTHEY CAM IN ON BUDGET AND ON TIME. MY ONLY COMMENT IS THAT NOT ALL OF THE TRIM HAS REMAINED FLUSH WITH THE WALLS. UNFORTUNANTLY I BELIEVE THIS IS BECAUSE OUR WALLS ARE NOT ALL SQUARE SO I DO NOT BELIEVE IT IS THE RESULT OF STEFANS WORK. THE TRIM MATCHES THE FLOORS STEFAN LAID BEAUTIFULLY AND WE PLAN ON USING HIM AGAIN FOR OUR STAIRS WHEN THE TIME COMES.
Description of Work: STEFAN AND HIS CREW REPLACED THE TRIM AROUND OUR FLOOR IN THE FRONT HALL, BATHROOM, KITCHEN, EATING AREA, AND LAUNDRY ROOM.

+ -1 moreSTEFAN WORKED WELL WITH US AS WE HAD A PAINTER IN AT THE SAME TIME. HE WAS POLITE AND HIS CREW WAS POLITE. HE ADAPTED WELL TO A COUPLE OF CHANGES WE REQUESTED AND THE WORK CAME IN ON TIME AS WELL AS ON BUDGET. SEVERAL OF OUR FRIENDS RECOMMENDED HIM AND WE WILL USE HIM AGAIN FOR OUR STAIRS WHEN THE TIME COMES. 350 SQ. FT. OF OAK FLOOR FOR THIS PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
Description of Work: STEFAN AND HIS CREW REMOVED THE OLD FLOORING AND SECURED THE SUBFLOOR AS THERE WERE A LOT OF SQUEAKS IN OUR FLOOR. THEY THEN INSTALLED AND SEALED NEW OAK FLOORING. THERE WERE TWO LAYERS OF FLOOR TO BE REMOVED WITH SOME SUBFLOOR, BUT THEY GOT IT ALL OUT. THE WORK WAS DONE IN OUR HALL, DOWNSTAIRS BATH, KITCHEN, EATING AREA AND LAUNDRY ROOM.
