+ -1 moreMark arrived a few minutes early and was on-site for over three (3) hours to complete a comprehensive inspection. Acting both as a professional and an educator, Mark spent time explaining what he was looking at and what he was looking for in addition to edifying me on the finer points of where the main water connection is, etc. Best of all, after the inspection, Mark spent an additional 40 minutes explaining his findings and he also provided me with a complete binder of the inspection which included helpful information about things I will need to maintain in the future. Thanks to Mark, I feel really excited about the condition of the house I am buying!
