I tried to be nice to these guys when they trespassed on my property without permission and threw a bunch of debris from their job next door all over my property and my kids' toys. I was mad, but all I wanted them to do was to clean up the roofing tar that they had left smeared and dried on my stamped concrete patio. They dodged my calls for a while and finally talked to me and said they would clean it up. They didn't. Seems like a really unprofessional operation - slobs and liars. I would not hire for any reason. In my experience being sloppy with the obvious and visible stuff means that they probably do a poor job on the work that you can't see.

I could not be happier with how Paul and Horizon Restoration handled this event for me. I have never completed a homeowners claim for storm damage. Paul & Horizon not only did exactly what they said they would do regarding the working time to complete, but also helped me navigate the process with my insurance company. The quality of the work is outstanding, and everything they did was done right. It looks awesome, and only the best materials were used. I strongly recommend. AAA+++

Let first say that Mike,Paul,and the Horizon Restoration team was very helpful and professional in dealing with my project from start to finish. They met my schedule in starting my project and finished exactly when they said they would. There crews were friendly and professional and cleaned up as if they were never there. Wow I would highly recommend them to everyone I know. Being a single mom I must say that I trust them whole heartily and so should you.

The roof inspection was very informal. The guy showed up and immediately talked about possibly filing an insurance claim to replace the entire roof. This company uses the roof inspection offers as a means of trying to get a home owner to replace the roof. The roof inspection should not be used like this and it should be a professional assessment of a roof period.

We couldn't get them to give us a proposal. They said they would mail it and we should have in 4 - 5 days. It never came. We made three attempts to follow up and still nothing. Three strikes and YOU'RE OUT.

Purchased a roof inspection through Angie's list and Horizon contacted me very quickly to set up the appointment. They arrived on time and were very through in letting me know of what they would do and after the inspection showed me photos of a couple of minor issues which were taken care of with the inspection price paid. I was very pleased with the professionalism and would most definitely look to them if I need any roofing work in the future.

Looked at my roof, gave suggestions

It was fine. They did a good job, just had to deal with an issue they found. One person came out, took one day. They showed up and they did it. Left area very clean.

Fast contact , some how they did not end up with my phone number but e mailed me within 24 hrs and gave me option to leave number , call office , or contact Jack who would be the one coming out. I called Jack directly , he showed up on time , was knowledgeable and honest. I believe he let me know the real condition roof and did not try to sell me anything .

It was fine. I didn't pay more than the deal. They were right on time. I'd recommend them. They do good quality of work and they're punctual.

The new siding looks great. Andy from Horizon did an awesome job. The owners, Paul and Jack, were very responsive and great to work with from start to finish.

He was okay, he wasn't great he told me he would give me an estimate on my roof to replace it and he never followed up on that, he seem very knowledgeable and he did a decent job when he was here he just never followed up on the quote.

We had a sky light leak that was difficult to locate. Horizon returned 3 times even though their service was purchased through Angie's list as a 75$ special deal. They never upcharged and were very responsive and diligent.

Jack and his team are all nice guys. Jack explains the problem clearly and fixes problems fast.

Jack came on time. Explained the roof issue to me. I did ask for quote on other work, but he did not seem to get back to me.

Horizon Restoration does great work. Paul, Joe and Andy are great guys. They helped in getting the insurance claim started and they were in contact with me in every step of the process from start to finish. My house looks like a totally different house from top to bottom. These guys are the definition of excellence. I wish I got a hold of these guys alot sooner. They are down to earth guys and know their jobs very well and they are very professional. My neighbors and people just walking and driving down the block say that Horizon Restoration did great work and is really impressed with their work. These guys are the real deal in the construction buisness.

It went very well. They were easy to deal with, and always were accessible by phone. Very professional. They explained everything and answered all my questions. They dealt very well with the insurance company. I was very pleased. It overall went very smooth.

Workmen arrived early, worked throughout the day. Had all the necessary tools and materials to ensure they could work without interruption. Removed all debris from job site.

They helped guide us thru the process of placing a claim with our insurance to ensure all costs were covered and explained the entire process to ensure I understood. They responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. All their workers cleaned up and did outstanding work. I would highly recommend Horizon Restoration to my friends and family. I will use Horizon Restoration in any future home repairs I will have.

The owner (Jack) was very pleasant to work with. They started work on time as promised and carried out the job quickly until finished. I am very satisfied with their workmanship, the shingles installed were Owens Corning which were of very high quality and gutters were oversized which prevented them from clogging and overfilling with heavy rains.

They help me work with my insurance company. Then they apply for permit and start work. Take off old roof and inspect my play wood. After that install new ice water shield and architectural shingles. They also replaced all gutters. I was so happy everything was done right and professional way. They also clean really well.
