Description of Work: Purchased and had installed wall to wall carpeting in our finished basement including stairs and a guest bedroom. We purchased our carpeting at the Home Carpet One anniversary sale in early October which is a big day for the company. I had previously been warned that delivery can take a while when ordered on this day, including by the staff. This was true. We put down a 50%deposit on the day we ordered. It took until mid- November for installation. We did not hear from them until the beginning of November. We were told we would hear when the carpet had come in. November seemed long, and I wondered if we had been forgotten. Despite the delay, I was THRILLED with the installation. The installers were amazing! Once our old carpet was pulled up I wanted to see the flooring, which they were very responsive to. They pulled the rug up from the stairs and I noticed that the risers looked loose. They actually helped me locate some screws and re-secured the areas that looked loose! They moved heavy furniture and installed the rug and were done in a few hours. I cannot say enough about these excellent men! A few months later and we are still very happy with the way the rug looks and performs.

 + -1 moreI HAD TO GO TO WORK AND LEAVE THE CARPET INSTALLER THERE. I THOUGHT I HAD EXPLAINED TO HIM WHERE I WANTED THE CARPET IN THE DRESSING AREA AND HE DID NOT FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS. THEY COMPANY SENT THEIR TROUBLESHOOTER AND FIXED THE WOOD FLOOR LINE AND CORRECTED THE LINE OF THE CARPET. I FELT THAT THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. ONE OF THE OWNERS CALLED TO FOLLOW UP TO BE SURE I WAS HAPPY. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
