The job took an extra day due to the poor condition of my walls, but we stuck to the original agreed up price for the labor. While Patrick's prices are a little higher than others, I think it's worth it based on the quality and professionalism I received. I definitely trust Patrick above other handymen I have tried. Patrick is truly a craftsman and knows his stuff, and will go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right the first time. I will certainly use him again.
Description of Work: Called in Patrick to perform some additional painting in my condo in preparation for putting it on sale. They did an excellent job smoothing out my lofted wall and ceilings, repairing cracks and touching up some work from a previous painter. I also had them install a light fixture above my stair case and install new shelving in my closet. They were even able to leverage some of my existing closet shelving to add extra shelves that wrapped around a long wall.

He does very high quality work. He is a little expensive, but I have never been disappointed with the work. He is very professional and punctual. He is very easy going and trustworthy. He is great at communicating with me about what is going on. He can work on either an hourly or a project basis. He has been great to work with.
Description of Work: I have used Hilburn Home Repair & Remodeling for some handyman work. They have done a variety projects around my home, from lighting to plumbing. Even put in some flooring and done some painting.
