+ 0 moreIt was a very positive experience having a knowledgeable consultant involved in what is normally an aggravating and exhausting process. During the renovation process, site visits and inspections were conducted to ensure I was being provided with quality workmanship, on-time progression, and staying within or under budget, and to ensure no additional funds were disbursed to the contractors without valid cause. There were a few cosmetic adjustments that were needed but nothing major. Upon completion, I was very impressed with the professionalism and the control taken by the consultant to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We came within budget and am very pleased with the consultant, contractors and the overall experience and finished product.
Description of Work: My renovation project was to rehab my unfinished and water damaged basement into a beautiful basement apartment which included a new cement floor. Before an actual site visit, we had several productive and detailed phone conversations of my needs and wants. During the site visit, I was provided with photos of similar projects, suggestions on how to maximize my benefits while minimizing cost. A budget was established according to my needs, wants and available financing. I was provided with two very detailed reports, one with pricing and one without 4 days after the consultation.

HG Properties Consultants offers the following services: The consultant meets with the property owner at the site to determine if the project is feasible. The consultant will prepare a detailed expense report that includes project specifications, and a construction cost analysis which will help define how much rehab work will be required and how much the rehab and repairs cost. The consultant will then prepare contractor bid packages. The Consultant can also obtaining signed lien waivers and perform draw inspections. Mold remediation and consulting.
We do not provide funding or financing of project nor do we provide real estate sales. However we may be able to assist you in locating a professional in those fields.
