+ -1 moreIt was an entire waste of my time. I would say, do not bother calling this company.
Description of Work: Mr. Herzog came on Saturday, March 16, to look at a bathroom I wanted remodeled. When he left, he said I'd receive his cost estimate within a week. None came, so the following Saturday I left a voicemail inquiring about it and asking him to call and/or send it. He never called or sent his estimate. He wasted an entire week of my time spent waiting for the promised estimate that he never sent, nor did he bother to phone to say he was too busy to accept the job or just didn't want it. This is completely unprofessional and unresponsive. No way would I recommend or use his company.

+ 0 moreGreat! Rob was on time, I gave him a list of items. We went through the house and discussed what needed to be done. He came back a few days later with all the materials and completed the work. He is back this week fixing some rotted wood steps and refinishing our deck :)
Description of Work: Rob did many things in our house over two days.Changed batteries in all smoke detectors, installed two closets (elfa style), including shelves and hanging rack. Custom made shelves for laundry room. Assembled platform bed, nonelectric lawn mower, and changed a few light bulbs.

He came out and did all the little jobs within two hours (including running to the hardware store for some parts), then measured our current door, took note of its pattern etc and told me that he would need to order a new door. Old one was beyond repair. He had a quote out to me within 2 days, ordered it for us and called when it came in. The door installation took a few hours, and he painted it to match the rest of the doors in the house.
Description of Work: Rob came out to do a few jobs for us: Put together a table and chairs, difficult light-bulb changes, battery change on smoke detector, and install a new door.
