+ 0 moreThis was a learning experience for me. What I would do differently is get more details about bid. I am not a contruction guy.
Description of Work: Repaired trim on 10' chimney on steep sloping roof, base of which was about 15-20 feet off the ground. Initiual bid seemed low but not relevant in that we changed trim specs to cement board. With little fancy equipment he managed to accomplish this efficiently without falling off. Clean up was excellant. We called several people to bid on this and he was one of two who resonded. The other seemed over priced. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Description of Work: Remodeled bedroom tore out old dyrwall and trim old doors. He also sealed block wall.Put up new dyrwall finshed walls and painted. Put up new doors& trim.
