+ 5 moreHoratiu replaced flooring in my bathroom that had been damaged by water from the toilet. He was able to inspect the problem and diagnose exactly what happened to my floor, and how to fix it. He was very punctual and worked very hard to make sure the floor looked *perfect* when he was done. I'm very happy with the new floor and it looks stunning!If you need tile to be repaired or replaced, go no further and be sure to contact Horatiu at HCD Construction! Not only is he a great person, but he does great work, too...at a reasonable price. I was very happy with this work.
Description of Work: Inspected the problem in my bathroom and recommended to change the tile and toilet wax ring (where the leak was coming from). Removed tile in my bathroom that was cracking from water damage. Removed underlayment that had decayed. Washed and cleaned the floor before starting the tile process. Used "fast drying" mortar mix as he installed the tile with spacers and did it flawlessly...this showed me that he was an expert at laying tile!!! Installed grout around tiles. CLEANED UP AND LEFT NO DIRT ANYWHERE!!
