We only had one issue that caused a new vent to be installed but it was due to the manufacturer. The new vent was installed and it looks and performs wonderfully.

The installer knew what he doing, he was courteous and efficient. Afterward, he cleaned the area . I highly recommend Hardy Glass Block. I have learn if something is not done right in the first place you end up paying more .

My windows were at least 17 years old and outdated. The new windows provide so much more in looks, they can open, and the sun still shines through the glass block. We had been previously quoted 10 times the cost of the windows we purchased from Hardy, so the price was great, too. The windows were installed when promised, we had a deadline we were trying to keep. Thank God for finding Hardy on line.

They got in touch with me immediately. Their estimate was based on an on-site visit. The other contractor provided an estimate based on the description I had provided and did not do an on-site estimate. By the time they got back to me I had decided on Hardy.

Paul is extremely friendly, helpful and easy to work with. He arrived with his team, removed the old and installed the new glass block window. They were timely, efficient and neat. They cleaned up everything both inside and outside of the house. They were GREAT!!!!!
