The painting/sanding job was very well done. But the house was vacant at the time, so there wasn't anyone else who could have served this electrical service. The garage door worked fine BEFORE. The back of the house was sanded and painted.
Description of Work: Completely sand clapboard exterior of 2 story frame Victorian, plus 1 story 2 car attached garage. Replaced rotted wood. Painted with 1 coat primer and 2 coats of latex based paint. Some of the front porch. Paint with sanded (non slip) latex. Minimal trim, no doors included.

WE LET YOUR NEIGHBORS KNOW THAT WE WILL WORKING OUTSIDE AND THAT DUST MAY BE ABUNDANT IN THE SURROUNDING AREA. WE DEALT WITH THE PRIOR OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY PLEASE WITH THE QUALITY OF OUR WORK. WE KEPT IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH THEM AND EXPLAINED TO THEM THE PROCESS THAT WE WERE GOING TO TAKE SO THAT THEIR HOUSE COULD LOOK LIKE NEW. WE WERE NOT AWARE OF ANY ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS WITH YOUR GARAGE DOOR BUT I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT IF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BROUGHT UP TO OUR ATTENTION, WE WOULD HAVE DONE ALL THAT WAS IN OUR HANDS TO TRY AND SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. AS WE ARE NOT ELECTRICIANS, WE WOULD HAVE HIRED SOMEONE TO REPAIR THIS FOR YOU IF IT WAS OUT OF OUR JURISDICTION.
