I called him & he gave a verbal estimate. After talking to him, I hired him but couldn?t get started right away because of bad weather - It was raining everyday & it had to be warmer because the concrete needed to dry properly. Very understandable of course. He kept up on contacting me about possible appointments dates based on the weather. When he did come out to do the work he brought a helper. It was completed in a reasonable amount of time ? a couple hours. I didn?t even need to be home. He and his son run the business - It is a small business. He speaks English with accent but clearly & is easily understood. The work he did was done well. He was very accessible. He or someone would always answer when I called or at least got back to me quickly.
