He provided valuable advice on window placement, bathroom placement, and HVAC and plumbing access. He was always professional, punctual, friendly and helpful in all regards. The drawings were excellent quality, up to all standards, and will aide greatly in our project completion.
Description of Work: Brian completed full drawings for an attic dormer on my bungalow. He coordinated fully with the Berwyn building department to ensure all drawings were to city codes. His prices were very competitive vs. other firms in the area and in Chicago.

Brian went above and beyond his role as an architect for my new home. He provided the plans and worked with me on every design aspect of the home, including finishes. My home is located in a unique conservation community and Brian was able to work with the needs of the community along with my needs as the client. I had a lot of custom requests and Brian handled this with ease. He was my point of contact from start to finish on this project which is rare for an architect. He is highly creative and innovative, providing the proper solutions while maintaining the integrity of the design.
Description of Work: Architecture, design, installation and project management.

Project was a breeze, Brian came up with a fantastic creative solution that resulted in more usable space and an awesome final product. He has excellent design sensibility, is very professional and was refreshingly easy to work with, compared to other architects I've dealt with in the past. Receptive to discussing ideas, listens to the client. Fee was very reasonable. Overall, a capable and talented architect; highly recommended.
Description of Work: Redesign of a bathroom and adjacent closet in my residential loft, taking into consideration fairly problematic plumbing and structural limitations. Brian took site measurements, generated as-built drawings, handled schematic design development. He handled contractor bidding according to my recommendations (which took a load off my shoulders), oversaw the construction administration from start to finish and provided complete construction documentation.
