+ -1 moreThere was 1 cleaning person who did the bare minimum. Did not clean bathroom thoroughly, crumbs under couch, dust behind beds, dressers, night stands. Very unprofessional owner.

+ -1 moreI met Maria and Cara who run the company after a particularly awful construction mess was left in my home. They brought the troops and made miracles happen so we could move back home safely. Since then, Anna and Esther have been helping our family on a monthly basis so I don't go out of my mind trying to get everything done. They are all wonderful to work with and do great work. I would highly recommend them for any type of cleaning job you have.
Description of Work: Initial work was a deep clean after construction. Since then, regular house cleaning once a month.

+ -1 moreNice to deal with, ready to make it right if you have a concern. Service started off great, but gradually declined. Some of what's to be cleaned gets missed or overlooked or just not completed and it becomes my word over theirs. The quality has diminished over time and just isn't getting corrected. I appreciate that they stand up for their staff, but at some point their staff is going to start costing them business. I want a team who cares about their work.

+ -1 moreThey're terrific. I'm sure they're not the least expensive, but with two people they're VERY efficient. I work from home while they clean and I often forget they're in my house - they're very good and not very loud considering they're vacuuming, etc. What I really appreciate is the laser-accurate scheduling. If they are scheduled for 9 am, they show up at 9 am sharp, knocking on my door. Once I needed to be out the door at 11 am. Maria scheduled three ladies who finished in ninety minutes to accomodate my needs which was terrific.
Description of Work: I've been using the "hags" since November for regular cleaning of my 2 bed, 2 bad (1500 SF) condo. Their first visit was a deep cleaning that took three hours with three "hags" and including cleaning the inside of my oven, my fridge, and my blinds along with every single surface of my house. Since that time, I've had them come every 3-4 weeks for a regular cleaning. they send two hags and it takes two hours.
