+ -1 moreI have not received a call back. Supposedly they were supposed to come out yesterday or call me today. Well no call and they never came out yesterday. Now they are saying next week. Highly doubt it!
Description of Work: Our building was built in 2003. Our association hired Hagglund to do the tuckpointing during 2005. It was not urgent, but we wanted to preserve the building. Our contractor did not properly tuckpoint the building. We were pleased with the work, however a year and a half later, Hagglund will not call me back. I have called his office for 4 days straight. We have a leak in our master bedroom and it is a wall that his company worked on. I would like an estimate, but he has not called me back. I spoke with his answering service 7 times and all 7 times she said she has given him the message. I think the message to be learned here is you can hire someone to do the work, but have fun trying to find them once the work is done even if it is under warranty. I think businesses that have been around for years are the way to go, even if it costs slightly more. See, now we have to find someone new when this should be under warranty.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE FAIRLY EASY TO WORK WITH AND FINISHED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. AFTER THE FIRST RAIN STORM, WE HAD A FEW LEAKS, BUT THEY GUARANTEED THEIR WORK FOR SEVEN YEARS AND CAME BACK TO FIX THE LEAK.
Description of Work: OUR FIVE YEAR OLD CONDO BUILDING HAD SEVERAL LEAKS AT THE WINDOWS AND CRACKS. HAGGLUND GROUND OUT THE CRACKS, RE-CAULKED THEM AND SPRAYED A WATERPROOFING SEALANT ON THE EXTERIOR WALLS.
