Awesome service. Booked them last minute and there is nothing to complain about. They were very professional and on time for both loading and unloading. They packed everything making sure it is secure. One of the team member was following up separately on phone just to make sure things are going well. They made my move stress free. Best move I've ever had! The office staff was helpful and responsive. The movers arrived on time and were professional and lightning-quick. They moved my whole 1 BR apartment into storage in under two hours!

Fantastic. The quote was accurate and the speed that they were able to get everything done was amazing. They wrapped my furniture and made sure that they knew which boxes we especially fragile. Nothing of mine got broken and the move went as smooth as I could have imagined.

Great. On time and got the move done quickly.

We moved from Chicago to northern New Jersey. This is our third long-distance interstate move, our first with H2H, and by far the best. We selected the option for H2H to pack our things as well, and we opted for the expedited delivery which means our household goods would arrive much quicker and would arrive on the same truck on which items were loaded in Chicago - no commingling with other households and no transfer of our belongings to and from other moving vans. This added quite a bit to the cost but at the end of the day it was worth every penny. Four man crew arrived promptly at 8 am; they were out and on the road to NJ by around 12:30 pm the same day, including a snack break (hint: treat your moving team well with water, snacks and meals to save time) - we had Dunkin' Donuts and Jersey Mike's subs and plenty of bottled water and gatorade. There's no way we could have ever packed our things so fast and with same quality and care. We met two of the four movers in NJ for unloading, delivery and set-up. They arrived at 9 am two days later - that was our biggest challenge because we had to get to NJ as well after spending some time after the packers left to clean our unit, turn in keys and close out our affairs in Chicago. Timing was tight but we made it to NJ via Amtrak Wednesday evening with just enough time to pick up our new keys. Delivery with even just the two guys was efficient and well coordinated. Nothing was broken or missing. One item had a small chip in it - a sharpie fixed it - and that was it. Of the three long distance moves, this was the easiest, smoothest and most hassle-free. No headaches, no heartaches. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend H2H.

H2H was very helpful and efficient with the entire move process. Nikola (Nick) was thorough and followed all directions without any mess-ups or causing any damage during the move-in/move-out. The H2H crew was very affordable and I appreciated that they didn't try to nickle and dime me for any time lost or spent waiting due to elevator/car issues. Would highly recommend them. Easy to get a quote. They quoted 4 people at 4-5 hours. I received multiple calls ahead of moving day to confirm the number of boxes, etc. On the day I got a call with an ETA, and the crew was on time. They didn't hesitate to ask questions of us and answered our random inquiries as well. We threw them a curveball in that the painters were still working at the new place. There were no issues. The whole job took only 4 hours.

They even stopped the truck in Toledo, OH to pick up some larger items from my parents!! Sergei and his crew were such a welcome relief to what we all know is a usually a very stressful time (moving). They literally and figuratively took the heavy load off our shoulders and minds. I can't say enough good things about H2H movers! This is the 3rd time I've used them to move me over the course of 5 years or so and each experience has been top notch. They are competitive in pricing and even less than most for the time and number of movers offered as well as the cost of their supplies. They are super responsive which is much appreciated when coordinating any move let alone one in which you are relocating after 2 decades! In all of my experiences with them, I was called a week before to confirm my move, 30 minutes or so on the day of to advise of an arrival time and upon arrival, the movers were friendly, focused, efficient and careful with my belongings. Following each move, I received a follow-up call or text from an H2H rep to see if was happy with the experience which is a nice touch knowing that customer satisfaction is a priority with this company. I would highly recommend H2H to absolutely anyone and will use them again if I get the chance. Good work and thank you H2H!

H2H Movers did an exceptional job on my move. I had 2 movers who were very fast with the process and very careful with my belongings. They were friendly, addressed all of my concerns, and made things incredibly easy overall. And the people who set the whole thing up-from quote to closing-were just as efficient and professional. I'll definitely choose them again!

The movers came an hour early which is good because my original appointment was set at 2:30pm and I was afraid they won't be able to finish the job before the end of the day. They completed the job within estimated time and nothing was damaged. The communications with the movers are great and they are all really friendly. I will recommend H2H movers and will also hire them for my next move.
