Great! This is my second time hiring H2H. They're strong, fast, polite- all you can ask for.

The movers were excellent! Very professional and arrived early to my scheduled appointment time. They moved everything from my current apartment very quickly and right into my new apartment in a short amount of time. Would definitely recommend to others!

They called twice to let me know that they were stuck in traffic AND were only 15 min late! I have NEVER had a moving company arrive with such punctuality! The guys were curtious and VERY repectful of my property. They explained all of the charges that would apply BEFORE they started packing. They also ended up coming UNDER budget! They did not complain abount my 900lb table they had to pack and move. They treated me with respect and even explained how they were storing things in the storage unit. I have a lot of stuff and yet they got everything securely wrapped and moved in 4 hrs! I an definately hiring them again!

Fine. There was some miscommunication on how the Uboxes would be unloaded - I thought I requested them to be driven and unloaded at my apartment, but the movers had to break the lock and load the items into their trucks to first bring to my apartment. The manager contacted me about this and was extremely professional. H2H was also super responsive throughout the whole process, and answered any emails or phone calls same day. The movers did their job well, but were not very friendly and seemed very rushed, perhaps worried they would not get to their next job on time.

They goofed around a little bit when they got to the storage unit. They were riding up and down the hallway on the cart and there were just a couple of other problems. They refused to move my refrigerator they told me it would be an extra cost and when I called back and told them they moved the china cabinet which was heavier than the refrigerator and they didn't charge me extra for that they then told me they would send somebody back to move the refrigerator. by then the house was sold and the refrigerator was taken by the new owner and trashed. So I wasn't too happy with them. It was a $600 refrigerator. They moved the stuff to the public storage. They charged us to wrap a cabinet. They charged $30 to $40 extra dollars to wrap the china cabinet. They were on time but then they charged me for being early. They should work on being more flexible with the customer. 6 men came out to move my things which is why they wanted to charge me per person to move the refrigerator when there were only 3 people moving the refrigerator. Which to me makes no sense. Would not recommend. I have used them three times because we were in a pinch. I originally bought a bought a package that was like $250 or $350 and then we used them 2 other times because we were in a pinch. We were trying to move out quickly because it was like a weird sale of the house. They were going to sell it, then they weren't going to sell it. Because the seller was going back and forth. They were trying to get stuff out of the house quickly. They were not very truthful. The pricing was good.

H2H is really great. I have moved apt a couple of times before, in Chicago /Boston /Atlanta. I have to say that H2H is the best mover I have ever hired so far. H2H sent 3 guys. They were very efficient, polite, and careful in protecting the furniture. Furthermore, they came on time exactly as scheduled. Plus, they charged quite fairly (almost half of the price that my last mover charged me for).

The move went very smoothly, and they came in under the estimated budget. The only hitch we ran into was that some cars on the street had parked in the spaces we reserved for the move, but they were able to work around it. I've used H2H movers before, and would definitely use them again!

They moved me in under 2 hours amd were very responsible in ensuring the safety of my belongings.

The movers were scheduk d to arrive at 9am. Received a call at 830am saying one of the drivers had an emergency and they wouldn't be there until around noon. Now I understand things happen, but I now had to take a full day of work off instead of a half day. Initially I was quoted for 2 hours of work. The movers completed the job in 1hr 10min so basically the $95 dollars for the 2nd hour was a tip? The move was quick and easy, however I would have liked to have been compensated or had some fee's waved due to showing up late, me loosing a whole days work and having paid for 2 hours service when it took 1 hour. Instead I was charged full price, $10 for shrink wrap on one piece of furniture, and 3% fee for paying by credit card. They offered no breaks at all.

The workers were punctual and move quick without damaging the property or items being moved.

Not only did H2H do a phenomenal job, they moved twice as much furniture and finished in half the time it took me to move my smaller 1 bedroom with a different moving company previously. The team worked efficiently and creatively to make sure all my furniture would make it's way into the tight space. They even hoisted my couch over a 3 story balcony to fit it the wider doors so I wouldn't have to leave it on the street. And there wasn't a single mark on the couch. I will only use H2H from now on!

They were fantastic. The quote turnaround time was <48 hours. The quote was spot on, the final price was within $20 of the estimate (that includes more traffic because of Lollapalooza and the fact I forgot I would need mattress covers). I booked over a month in advance and there was open and fast communication all the way up to my move. They called to confirm things the day before. The morning of, they were on time and very efficient. The employees were tidy and their truck and equipment was well kept and professional appearing. On a side note, they had the lowest quote of 3 different moving companies I contacted which made me a bit nervous but I am so glad I went with H2H! This is my first time using a moving service and it was a great experience. I loved them and I would recommend their services to anyone who is moving in Chicago.

They were very professional from the start to the end. Office staff was polite, made reservation, and charged only $50 down payment. Movers showed up on time and worked very fast. Despite the speed, they were careful with fragile and glass items. We had to wait for keys for a new apartment and they were patient and understanding. Price is very good and compatible with other movers. Would definitely hire them again because of excellent service all around.

The 3 person crew was very careful and an excellent job of wrapping and moving the furniture into a U-Box at UHaul near my house. They were careful to pack the furniture so as to limit movement when the U-Box gets shipped. They were on time and worked quickly.

These guys are excellent, fast, everything arrived perfectly. Will use again. I highly recommend them

One hour after they got there, they said that the furniture that I had would take another person. One more person and 5 hours later, it was not a $475 job, it was more like $700. I will never use them again. I feel they did not listen to me. Had they quoted that price up front, I would never have booked with them and gone to another vendor.

Just to say that the Angie's special was 3 movers for 4 hours.I could have easily went over and would have had to pay more because I didn't have my stuff in order,so I had them moved the big furniture items and I finished up myself with the smaller items the next day.They didn't waste anytime and were strictly professional.In my opinion 4 hours was not enough for moving a 1 bedroom apt worth of furniture.By the time they had to prep to wrap and protect your main pieces of furniture it took about 45 minutes so this can add time to your billing.Also with the elevator time each apt building gave me which was 2 hours each.I would say I definitely could have had to pay more out of pocket..I would hire them again.Just an added note when booking through Angie's List any service read what's included in the deal because usually the prep time is included and it may not be as good of a deal as you thought,it will definitely cost you more in the long run..

It went great, the mover that they sent me, they were great. I just felt like there's a need that should have sent more person, so it wouldn't have taken so much time and that would have made me put my paws down a little bit and allowed me to finish everything, I actually didn't finish everything in one day.

I have completed my move a week ago and I can't thank H2H Movers enough for all the work they have done. I was moving a 3 bedroom apartment from downtown Chicago to a Lakeview area. I had to deal with elevators in both buildings. When I was getting frustrated with management companies over the schedule, Lyuda offered to help me with that and did all the communication with them herself. I was really impressed with the fact she went extra mile to do that for me. She was finally able to arrange everything to make sure I have nothing to worry about. The movers arrived right on time and started the packing. They charge per box and not per hour for packing services, which was amazing because I have a lot of china and that takes forever to pack. I had 6 packers who completed everything within 2 hours! I would pack for a week same amount of boxes. Everything was done very nicely and nothing was broken during the move. The other awesome thing about this company is that they brought their plastic totes instead of carton boxes. I still have all of them almost unpacked. Movers said just give them a call and they will pick it up whenever everything is unpacked within 2 weeks. Now I don't have to worry about where to store or dispose 70 boxes! After the packing was done, they started the clock and completed my move within 4(!!) hours. I moved before many times and a lot of companies would pack a day prior and then would send 3-4 movers to move me all day. Who wants that? After i tried doing all in one day I will never go back to two days moves with less people. Everything was very well organized, movers were very polite and I honestly had not worried about anything! All i needed to make sure to order them lunch, have bottled water available and have enough tips for them all. Outstanding service! Would definitely use them again.

Absolutely perfect. The three movers in the crew (Didar, Anatoly and Alexey) were amazing. They showed up exactly at our arranged meeting time of noon and called me approx 15 minutes before to let me know they would be there in 10 minutes. The original estimate was for the job to take 3 hours but they got the job done in 2. They took extreme care of everything with the guys talking and letting each other know if there was a hazard or were getting close to a corner. These guys worked non-stop and there was no down time. Would request this crew if I ever had to move again. They even took down some construction debris to the dumpsters that I thought of at the last minute. Hands down the best moving experience I have ever had.

They tried to over charge. The move was only 3 hours, start to finish with travel time included, yet they charged over 5 hours. When I disputed the extra charge, Simon threatened me (I almost called the police). Beware of this company. Also know that they only take cash (no credit cards or checks).

Diimitri and the crew of 2 began work right away. Not only did they appear professional, but they communicated and worked in a professional manner and remained focused throughout the move. The crew was quick, courteous and friendly. They fully understood what we needed and they performed and delivered. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend their services to family and friends. In addition, the pre-move consultation was also hassle-free. I requested clarification and copies of receipts and received both with speed and efficiency. As with the move itself, making the appointment and the availability of a live person for consultation over the phone and by email prior to the move was very good.

It went very well! On the basis of the list of items to be moved, H2H sent three men and a truck of more than adequate size. Yan, Andriy and Didar worked very professionally and efficiently. They carefully wrapped and padded furniture including a glass-top desk and flat screen TV. I was especially pleased with the speed (and care) with which they worked. They were also pleasant to deal with and communication regarding which items went where was very easy. Very happy that we chose H2H and would re-hire them without hesitation. cago

We found H2H on Angie's List and highly recommend H2H to help you move from your old house to your new house. The stress of moving is a lot to take but H2H was so professional it made the moving process so simple. We had 5 movers and 2 trucks. They showed up an introduced themselves to us and asked to be shown everything that needed to be moved. We were so impressed on the way they dismantled our bed sets and entertainment stand and covered everything with care. We moved to a brand new house and there was no damage to the walls or floors and all of our belongings arrived in one piece. They reset up all the furniture and asked where we wanted the items to be replaced. The crew was great and very polite. Thanks Angie's List for this great find.
