I recently used H2H movers in Chicago for my move and I couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, the crew was prompt and polite, and they took great care of all my belongings. They arrived on time and worked efficiently to get everything loaded and unloaded, and they were very respectful of my property throughout the process. I was particularly impressed with how well they handled some of my more delicate items, such as my glassware and furniture. They were extremely helpful and made the move much less stressful. Very happy with their services. They were very flexible as we had to change our moving times several times to accommodate elevator timeslots. They also disassembled and re-assembled our furniture. Very professional and friendly!

This is my third move with H2H Movers. From inquiry to execution every step has been amazing! Prior to the move H2H staying touch with me to ensure everything was in order on moving day. On the day of the move, I received a call to confirm the movers arrival and that they would be to my place earlier, which benefited me greatly!! Nick text me to let me know they had arrive with the other 3 movers they did a quick walk through and began the move out process. I personally fell short on the packing and everyone stepped in to finish the things left to pack, with the truck filled the movers made their way to the storage unit and carefully placed my belonging in the unit. I received a couple of calls during the move in process to check in on the status from the H2H office staff and once everything was complete I received a final call to make sure I was completely satisfied. This is the moving company to use when your time to move comes, I cant say enough great things about H2H movers. I will use them again and you should to.

H2H help my out of state move every step of the way from figuring out packing services, how many boxes, virtual pre pack estimate, letting me pack some myself and day of move showing up on time and with plenty of people to make it all happen smoothly. The team took care with all my items and arrived at my new home and careful placed everything were I wanted. Highly recommend.

We had to change our move day three times. Every time I called, I had the friendliest, helpful staff! They were totally understanding, and not a problem at all with making the changes (within 48 hours). They sent 6 men and 2 trucks. Their work was quick and professional. We have used movers previously, and I think H2H Movers is the best! Plus they are a woman-owned business, which is value-added in my eyes.

Worked with H2H to set up the move. Not a large project but needed very specific help. Two guys for 2 hours at a specific time. Apartment move and had the elevator for 2 hours fixed. The guys showed up on time and moved all the heavy items in the time allotted. Great job and very careful with the items as well as the facilities. Price was fair and work was very professional.

H2H Movers were super easy to work with. I received a quote with an estimate email within a day of first reaching out. They check in with you twice before your move and give you everything you need to know in anticipation of the move date. I had 4 guys move my convertible studio to my new apartment within an 1 hr and 30 min (from Pilsen to West Town). Demitri and his team were really easy to work with and moved everything without any damages. My large flat screen, full length mirror, and super heavy couch were no problem for them. Nothing was lost or stolen and they were incredibly efficient. It made my move headache free, I am really happy with the service and will use them in the future!

We just used H2H movers for the 4th time, and we're even more impressed with them every time. We had a large move that required 2 different stops to gather our things before moving them into our new home. From the initial quoting process down to the final piece of furniture, we were in good hands the whole way. They quoted the project accurately, with clear communication on what affects the moving cost, then they checked in with us a week and a few days before our move to see if anything had changed. On moving day, the crew arrived on time and got to work immediately. They confirmed what to move (and what not to) and began wrapping our furniture with great care. They worked carefully and efficiently through the whole move and completed the job according to our expectations in less time than was originally quoted. I'm so impressed with how well the crew worked together to handle everything, and they carried everything up and down several flights of stairs without a single compaint. I'm thrilled to be in my new home, and H2H movers made the stressful process of moving as easy as possible.

We had a fabulous experience with the team from H2H Movers. It is pretty hard to believe but our move from our 3rd-floor apartment to our new house took only 2 hours! 6 amazing workers came with 2 trucks and did the work thoughtfully and very efficiently. We worked with Nick and his team. They were not simply carrying our belongings, they were constantly asking questions about fragile items, where to store each piece, and always very courteous and respectful. We have a lot of books, and books are heavy stuff to carry, kind of back breaking. They did not utter a single complaint. I have moved a lot in my life but never met such an amazing team.

We used H2H movers for a move from Chicago to Ohio. Based on our experience, we can HIGHLY recommend them. The three person moving crew was friendly, professional, and very efficient, all well being extremely careful with all of our items. They showed up about 5 minutes before the scheduled time, assessed the items and immediately started loading up the truck. Everything was properly protected with blankets or boxes and the move was quick and extremely orderly on both ends. When they left the destination, every piece of furniture was in its place and in perfect condition. The individuals we worked with to obtain a quote, update inventory and to discuss the move process were also very friendly and professional. The fee for the move was very competitive and communications about it were clear -- both leading up to the move and on the day of the move. A representative reached out to make sure everything was going well once the items were loaded in the truck and immediately after the delivery was complete. Top notch! H2H exceeded our expectations and they made move day stress free -- I would definitely use them again.

I have nothing but praise for H2H movers and I would highly recommend using their services. I have done multiple moves with various moving companies over the years and H2H Movers was the best moving company I have worked with. The H2H office is very good with communication. Not only did they check in before the move, they made sure to communicate with me during and after the move to make sure everything was going smoothly. The movers were very professional and easy to work with. They quickly, efficiently, and carefully completed the move. It was a tough move considering we were moving to a 4th floor walk-up and I was worried about how difficult it would be, but all my concerns were easily alleviated.

Office communicates throughout and is great at checking in and confirming you know what you need to prior (and after) the move. Quote was accurate and the team they sent was the right size for our needs. The crew themselves were great! Moved so fast and were so efficient. Nothing broke or was damaged.

H2H helped out with a large family move - 3br house with a ton of stuff across state lines. Large crew handled everything incredibly fast and professionally. The move ended up being cheaper than the quote, which was already way less than competitors I had contacted!

H2H Movers assisted me with moving last week and I am extremely satisfied with their service. From communication to their crew, they went above my expectations. They call you few times before the move-in day and go over important information you need to know. The quote was pretty accurate, and I didn't have to pay any extra fees. The workers are efficient but also very polite. Go with this company and you will not regret.

Have to agree with all the other positive reviews here! I was a little nervous, as this was my first time using a moving company, but H2H was extremely friendly, professional, and communicative from start to finish! I especially appreciated the check-ins throughout the day to make sure everything was going smoothly. My two movers were incredibly fast and came in under my quote.

I was very pleased with the pack out of my overloaded basement and the organization of my garage to then store all of my "treasures" in the garage. Their constant communication including an estimated arrival time day of was appreciated. The three guys were professional, friendly, efficient and fast considering how much crap was there. I would recommend H2H Movers and will used them again in the future. They also were much lower than the company my insurance company sent to quote and much more responsive.

H2H was amazing for an unloading job booked at the last minute! Their crew was very communicative and clear before, during, and after the job. They took great care of our possessions and of the tight hallway corners. Plus, they were personable and great to talk to! Prices were fair and all terms and fees were clearly communicated throughout multiple steps of the process.

I took a gamble and hit the jackpot! On September 9, 2022, my wife and I needed to move a few large pieces of furniture from my sister-in-law’s place to our home. The items were big enough where I did not want to move them myself, nor did I want to put any of our friends through the ordeal. I contacted Angi (formally Angies List), put in our information, and started to receive calls. The first call I received was from H2H Movers. I was very comfortable with the person who was answering my questions. I received a couple of call from other companies as well, but did not feel the “connection” I did with H2H Movers. I have moved out of state and back a couple of times so I have experience with moving companies. I took a gamble and went with my gut and hired H2H Movers. I could not have been more pleased. They began by calling me to confirm the moving date and informed me of what I should expect and what they expected of me. They were always so friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any question I may have. They informed me they would contact me a week before the move and two days before the move—just in case things changed or if I had any last minute questions. Two things matter the most to us when dealing with companies: customer service and doing what they say they are going to do. They were FANTASTIC. They gave us a window as to when the movers would arrive starting at 1pm. Dleksandr and Nurbek were our movers and they arrived precisely at 1pm. My brother-in-law informed them were they had to go to move the items and what they had to do because it was a condo and they had their rules and regulations. They followed all the instruction to the letter. They grabbed the items, loaded them on their truck with the utmost of professionalism and brought them to our home. Dleksandr and Nurbek were kind, courteous, and professional—they were great at their job. When they arrived at our house they brought in the items, but had a problem with the leather sofa as it was quite large. They tried through the front door and after a few attempts they decided to go through the back door. After a few attempts, THEY GOT THE SOFA IN THE HOUSE!! They did not quit, complain, or give excuses. H2H Movers contacted us at the beginning of the move and after the move to ask how everything went. All I can say, if you are going to move—whether a few items a few miles away or your home across the country, PLEASE CALL H2H MOVERS! You will hit the jackpot like we did. Thank you H2H Movers! Maria was very attentive and provided an explanation of the moving process. She often reached out to ensure the moving process was smooth. The movers were very professional. They are efficient and took the necessary precautions when moving the items from beginning to end.

I was in a major bind after my movers cancelled less than 24 hours before my move, and H2H really saved my move. I called several companies and H2H came in with the lowest quote by several hundred dollars. In addition, Lyuda gave the most detailed explanation of the quote over the phone so that any extra fees were not a surprise at all. The movers were FAST, extremely efficient, and handled everything with care. They ended up coming in far under the estimate. I was super impressed! Thanks again.

Overall, I had a great experience with H2H Movers. The movers arrived on time, were friendly and courteous, and handled all of our belongings with care. The office staff were super friendly and helpful when it came to the planning and logistics of the move. Would highly recommend H2H Movers!
