H & A TIRE SHOP

I called this company because they offered 24hr service and mobile service. I spoke with the owner regarding his mobile service. He stated that it would cost $100 for him to come out and $50 per tire. He then offered me aN cheaper option to have my car towed to his shop. I agreed to have it towed. Upon arrival, I was told that it was a cash only facility by his workers. His shop is located in a rough neighborhood, it’s 9:30pm and he does not have a ATM on his premises, I asked him how can I get to an ATM from my location. He suggested that I ride my donut flat to the ATM. I expressed that what he was asking me to do was dangerous due to the time of a day as well as the neighborhood. I also informed him that the payment option of cash only was not communicated over the phone when I inquired about his services. He responded “ well you know now”. I was so taken back by his response, that I no longer wanted to purchase 3 tires and just wanted one. He then told me the tire is $90 which was not the price quoted over the phone. I told him that it was not the price that was quoted over the phone in which he adamantly denied. He then responded “ you need the tire, I don’t need the tire. I can go home. I was so disgusted by his customer service. I drove off a sought service elsewhere.
