Description of Work: Two technicians from Guardian Heating & Cooling Service installed a water heater. After installation I was given instructions pertaining to automatic lighting and adjusting the water temperature. One of the technician entered the house to check all of the faucets with filters to ensure that sediment did not clog the filters during the installation process. This technician wore booties to prevent damage to our floors which was very much appreciated. Both technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. We used Guardian Heating & Cooling a week prior to this service to check and clean our Air Conditioning and Heating system and was also pleased with this experience. The technician was professional and knowledgeable and provided some instruction pertaining to additional functions that exist with our system.

Description of Work: We had them out to diagnose a series of problems that we are having with our furnace (uneven heating, overloading transformers). They did a fantastic job explaining everything to us, and tried to come up with creative solutions to fix the design flaw (without tearing apart the house). They suggested a creative (and expensive solution), but then called back a couple of days later to explain why they wouldn't recommend going forward with that solution (even though it obviously would be lucrative for them). We couldn't use them this time, but they established a ton of credibility with us.
